Premiere Elements

Hallo zusammen,ich habe mir heute Adobe Premiere Elements 15 im Saturn gekauft. Auf dem Kassenzettel steht, dass die Karte aktiviert wurde. Wenn ich aber die Anweisungen von der Karte innerhalb der Verpackung befolge und auf www.adobe.com/go/getserial den Abrufcode eingeben will, ist dieser ungültig.Was soll ich tun?Vielen Dank schon im Voraus!

Hello,I have never had any troubles with Adobe Premiere Elements 14, but I have recently run into quite a few of them.I have been trying to edit .avi video files together, and I critique it to look good. Inside of the video software, the video looks exactly how I want it: the audio, music, and video all line up seamlessly. However, once I export it, the video clips are trimmed completely differently: the parts that I cut out play, while the parts that I want to play are cut out. The audio and music are unaffected, but all of the video is messed up.The finished video isn't particularly long, only about 2 minutes, so this comes as a surprise to me. I have never had this problem before, and some google searching has showed that not many people have had this problem.I just don't know where to start. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.Thank you.

Hi.Does anyone know how to change the writing direction in premiere elements 15? I need to make some titles in farsi, but i can't change the direction, so it's from left to right.

I had to do a re-install for windows 10.  Trying to load premiere elements 12.  I have the serial number from Adobe, but the install says invalid serial number.   The Adobe web site gives me the same serial number but my install won't accept the serial number.   What do I do.  Adobe confirms the correct serial number but the re-install says not correct.  Thanks.

I am using Premiere Elements 15 and have just installed the latest update.Today I tried using ClipMate as recommended to join together two projects. I finally got it to work, but then noticed that the resulting project had no sound. I cannot remember if the sound was there when I first opened the projects (i.e. could it be something to do with the update?)I saved and closed the project and restarted Elements and now NO projects have any sound, even those that I have not used Clipmate on. I have tried closing Clipmate but that has no effect. HELP! I do not want to lose every project I have ever done!

hi,when i make some settings in the "adjustments" / "color","clolor (rgb)", "gamma correction", "lighting" or "temperature and tint", and then i select an other clip, when i come back to the first clip i cant see the settings i choose anymore, the blue frame enlighting the selected setting is invisible. which makes it really anoying to correct settings or to adjust the same settings to several clips.i use premiere element 14 on windows 10. but it was the same on windows 7.cheers

Double picture! When I download a new movie strip that I want to edit, there are TWO IMAGES of the same movie! How do I remove it so there is only one image? I´m a new bie 🙂

I would like to have a dvd menu without the poster frames (no photo or video) but just the scene titles. I created some custom menus years ago for PRE 8 that would do that but I'm lost now. The custom menus I made won't work on my new computer (Win 7) either in PRE 13 or PRE 8. I don't need the old menu if something current is available that could do the same thing - simple menu that I can add a title, background images, audio loops, several titles with buttons per page but no poster frames. Any thoughts?

Hello,     So I have Adobe Premiere Elements 15 and I really like it. I'm having a problem that whenever I try to upload a video to YouTube, the area where i'm supposed to put the title,description, category, tags, and privacy is just a blank white box. I have only experienced this today and would appreciate some help on how to fix it. I have thought about uninstalling and reinstalling the software, but wanted to know if there was a quicker solution first.

I should of known better - Cannot publish to YouTube now on Elements 15 - Share to YouTube is Temporarily unavailable. Eghha.Besides that, man, what is up with the tool bar at the right? Taking up space for the editing down below......Not worth the upgrade nothing major.Then to top it off I cannot export at 20 MBPS - Only 15 (no 20) then something else.Also 14 version still is active and usable on my computer.One other thing - Still no 4K..................Sorry frustrated. Should of not upgraded so fast.

Have not been able to use Prem El 14 for several weeks. Whenever I try to load it the below strange error message appears  Have found no reference on this in all my searches with GoogleAny ideas what is causing this frustrating problem.  Problem is only affecting my Asus laptop Have tried reinstalling Premiere Elements and repairing  Microsoft Visual C++ updates as possible solution to no avail.Am hoping someone who has had and solved this unusual  problem with Premiere Elements will see this and helpPlease see below strange error message

I have not yet bought Premiere Elements and would like to know if it can do what I need. I'd love to get Premiere Pro, but (not being a student) it's quite expensive.I would like to be able to film on a GoPro Hero5 in 240fps then play it back at 24fps for an easy 10x slow motion effect. Is this easy in Elements? Would it look the same as done in Pro?I'd also like to be able to slow it down even more if possible without making it look crappy. I know this can be done in Premiere Pro with Twixtor. Is it possible in Elements?Will it be easy to add music that doesn't slowdown along with the video? Could I layer it over the audio so that both can be heard (normal music + slowed down audio).Lastly, I'd also like to sometime speed up the playback (also shot in 240fps) to up to10x. Is this easy to do in Elements?Thank you for your help.

Hi all,The other day I trimmed a number of clips and I wanted to apply the default transisition on them.After this, I noticed that most transitions where applied properly, but not all ot them.Some ot them where shifted to the left or right clip, some of them where 1 or 2 seconds less than the default transition.What's going wrong here?Kind regards,Gert-Jan

Problème est quand je veux allonger le temps de vision d’une photo par exemple, à l’intérieur de la vidéo, la piste audio est solidaire de cette action et tout se déglingue (répétition du son). N’y a t il pas moyen de désolidariser la piste audio de la piste vidéo ? Comment contourner ce problème ?D’avance merci

Recently I upgraded from PE10 to PE15 and from the outset, I was really impressed by the change in processing speed.  Hour long videos would render in about 50 minutes versus the PE10 time of about 4 hours.  Same Dell Laptop PC, just upgraded software.  After about 10 different renders at that 50 minute speed, the last two renders have reverted to the 4 hour time frame that I was experiencing with PE10.  I have kept memory consumption at very low levels so why is the processing speed all of a sudden slowing down?

I really need some help!I am making a short video on premiere elements 10 and I seem to get this conforming error everytime I open the project and I cannot save it either!!"Unspecified error occured while performing a conform action on the following file:File0002.AVI 48000.CFA"This happens everytime I open premiere elements 10  to lots (or all) of my video clips and I can't find any help in the adobe forums or anywhere else online!Also, I want to save this video as an AVI file, but when I try to export it, it says it has finished quite quickly and has not even added anything to click on or when it does, it does not play. Sometimes it says it has finished then comes up with: "Error compiling movie. Unknown error". one of these happen everytime that I try to save it.Lots (or all) of my avi files come up as this same conforming error when I load the project and I have no clue as to what to do!...It also crashes nearly everytime after these compiling errors!My computer is running wind

So on a video I am making, I was justing the volume levels of audio and video while I was playing back to see what volume levels I liked best. I figured like mot programs I have used, it just saves the set in stone volume level I decided on, but instead I guess it records the random volume adjustments while I was making them during playback??? That's ridiculous. Now during playback, the volume levels are changing wildly and I hate it. Is there any way to disable this so that the volume levels just stay in one place and don't record me changing them during playback?[Moved from Premiere Pro forum to Premiere Elements forum by mod]

On Premier Elements 12.1 on a pc.  On larger projects that are around an hour of video it locks up at 98% completion on a 1920x1080 coding mp4.  It saves a video file that has a file size of 0 bytes that won't open.  It also leaves two files in the same folder -- what appears to be a temp ADTS audio file and a temp Mp4 video file.  I can open each file and see the coded video or listen to the audio, but these are separate files.  It appears that the coding process is failing near the end when the audio and video files should be combined into a final Mp4 video file.

I'm running Windows 10 and recently upgraded to Elements 15. I'm trying to make a movie using footage filmed on my iPhone 6, together with an audio file that I also recorded on my phone using the voice memo app.I've downloaded the voice memo (twice) from iCloud drive and then tried to drag and drop the file into Premiere Elements. I get an error message saying "The importer reported a generic error.". The file is an ".m4a" file. I used to do exactly the same thing in Elements 12 without problems.What am I doing wrong this time?Thanks,Natalie

In the next update for premiere elements can their be a preset for fringing/chromatic aberration effect that has adjustable settings?! Cause I've noticed final cut pro has this (prisim blur), and just makes it easier than having to duplicate the video three times! And with this update people could still have this effect the "old fashioned way" with duplicated video but this is something different I think would be easier.Here's somethings you'd be able to do in the preset:1. adjust the distance of the rgb layers2. Change which way the chromatic aberration goes (horizontal, vertical, diagonal, etc.)And the preset wouldn't be a preset that would just duplicate your video on the timeline.

Hi,I've installed Premiere Elements 9.0 but am unable to capture DV output coming through a firewire cable.When I click on capture, the capture window displays, but the only thin that can be seen in this window is an image from the bottom right hand side of the Premiere main window.Any suggestions on what might be going wrong?I can capture the footage (very good quality image) through WINDV, without any dropping of frames.Thanks,SouthskiesThe platform is:Computer: Dell OptiPlex 9010 i7OS: XP SP3Directx 9.0cAdobe Flash Player 10 x.Net Framework 4.0Capture: IEEE firewire
