Bonjour,J’édite une vidéo pour un anniversaire et introduit plusieurs chansons à travers la vidéo (piste audio 1). Problème est quand je veux allonger le temps de vision d’une photo par exemple, à l’intérieur de la vidéo, la piste audio est solidaire de cette action et tout se déglingue (répétition du son). N’y a t il pas moyen de désolidariser la piste audio de la piste vidéo ? Comment contourner ce problème ?D’avance merci

Recently I upgraded from PE10 to PE15 and from the outset, I was really impressed by the change in processing speed.  Hour long videos would render in about 50 minutes versus the PE10 time of about 4 hours.  Same Dell Laptop PC, just upgraded software.  After about 10 different renders at that 50 minute speed, the last two renders have reverted to the 4 hour time frame that I was experiencing with PE10.  I have kept memory consumption at very low levels so why is the processing speed all of a sudden slowing down?

I really need some help!I am making a short video on premiere elements 10 and I seem to get this conforming error everytime I open the project and I cannot save it either!!"Unspecified error occured while performing a conform action on the following file:File0002.AVI 48000.CFA"This happens everytime I open premiere elements 10  to lots (or all) of my video clips and I can't find any help in the adobe forums or anywhere else online!Also, I want to save this video as an AVI file, but when I try to export it, it says it has finished quite quickly and has not even added anything to click on or when it does, it does not play. Sometimes it says it has finished then comes up with: "Error compiling movie. Unknown error". one of these happen everytime that I try to save it.Lots (or all) of my avi files come up as this same conforming error when I load the project and I have no clue as to what to do!...It also crashes nearly everytime after these compiling errors!My computer is running wind

So on a video I am making, I was justing the volume levels of audio and video while I was playing back to see what volume levels I liked best. I figured like mot programs I have used, it just saves the set in stone volume level I decided on, but instead I guess it records the random volume adjustments while I was making them during playback??? That's ridiculous. Now during playback, the volume levels are changing wildly and I hate it. Is there any way to disable this so that the volume levels just stay in one place and don't record me changing them during playback?[Moved from Premiere Pro forum to Premiere Elements forum by mod]

On Premier Elements 12.1 on a pc.  On larger projects that are around an hour of video it locks up at 98% completion on a 1920x1080 coding mp4.  It saves a video file that has a file size of 0 bytes that won't open.  It also leaves two files in the same folder -- what appears to be a temp ADTS audio file and a temp Mp4 video file.  I can open each file and see the coded video or listen to the audio, but these are separate files.  It appears that the coding process is failing near the end when the audio and video files should be combined into a final Mp4 video file.

I'm running Windows 10 and recently upgraded to Elements 15. I'm trying to make a movie using footage filmed on my iPhone 6, together with an audio file that I also recorded on my phone using the voice memo app.I've downloaded the voice memo (twice) from iCloud drive and then tried to drag and drop the file into Premiere Elements. I get an error message saying "The importer reported a generic error.". The file is an ".m4a" file. I used to do exactly the same thing in Elements 12 without problems.What am I doing wrong this time?Thanks,Natalie

In the next update for premiere elements can their be a preset for fringing/chromatic aberration effect that has adjustable settings?! Cause I've noticed final cut pro has this (prisim blur), and just makes it easier than having to duplicate the video three times! And with this update people could still have this effect the "old fashioned way" with duplicated video but this is something different I think would be easier.Here's somethings you'd be able to do in the preset:1. adjust the distance of the rgb layers2. Change which way the chromatic aberration goes (horizontal, vertical, diagonal, etc.)And the preset wouldn't be a preset that would just duplicate your video on the timeline.

Hi,I've installed Premiere Elements 9.0 but am unable to capture DV output coming through a firewire cable.When I click on capture, the capture window displays, but the only thin that can be seen in this window is an image from the bottom right hand side of the Premiere main window.Any suggestions on what might be going wrong?I can capture the footage (very good quality image) through WINDV, without any dropping of frames.Thanks,SouthskiesThe platform is:Computer: Dell OptiPlex 9010 i7OS: XP SP3Directx 9.0cAdobe Flash Player 10 x.Net Framework 4.0Capture: IEEE firewire

I will be burning (100 copies) an AVCHD video to a DVD.  What LOGO do I place on the Disc to provide the end user a clue as to what Player in which it will work, e.g. DVD, Blu-ray, other... ?

I am editing another wild life project.Wild life projects have long and many clips which involve a large amount of rubbish when editing all of which has to be present on the time line e.g. 10 hours or more down to 2 hours or less. This seems to be rather a lot for Elements 13 to deal with all at once on my kit and hold ups and slow downs occur.I have succeeded eventually in the past but it has seemed to be almost on the verge of disaster as I add more and more.I would like to edit the project in sections and then stick them together in the end but somehow still be able to edit them as a whole.If I could do this I could have two or three people helping me.Has anyone experienced this method and if so have they any hints and tips.

Hi, I have been using my copy of Premiere Elements 8 for some years and am very happy with it for what I need to do.  I have a copy on my desktop and a copy on my lap top.  A few weeks ago, I received an error message when trying to use PE8 on my lap top.  I can still use it on my desk top.  Here is the error message:  http://www.liltheadesigns.com/images/error.jpgI am not sure who to contact at Adobe or if they even deal with such old software.  I would appreciate it if anyone knows who I can contact to get this working again.Thanks

Sure there is an easy way.My project is developing well however I am suffering from increased anxiety and need to be able to copy and paste the whole project to and from C: disc to another external disc G: and perhap another.I have learned to create a base folder for my project which contains everything relating to my project and this has worked well.I have tried saving a copy using the Project Archiver, CopyProject but the final outcome in the copy is highly processed data which I don't understand and have a feeling that editing might lead me into an area which is not helpful.I just need to be able to do a backup on G: of my project as it exists on C: to which I can resort if I have hard drive failure. I realise I will not be using my very recent version but backing up at the end of a day would be good.

Could someone point me to a basic tutorial on setting keyframes in Premiere Elements?I need to relearn the basics. It does not work the way I expect: I move to position 1, create a keyframe, move to position 2, and create a second keyframe. Simple enough, but when I go back to keyframe 1, the set position has changed! Huh? I need to figure out what I am doing wrong.Prmiere Elements 14, Win 10

Purchased Premiere Elements a few months ago and have had a couple issues so looking for ways to fix. Thanks in advance for your help.Dell Intel Core CPU 2.3 Ghz64 bit OSWindows 10Problem #1: None of the online content (sound, titles, etc.) will download. I get the following message.I have tried the following but nothing seems to work.- Running as Administrator- Refreshing online content- Adding Premier Elements app to Firewall exclusionsYes, I'm connected to the internet, my Outlook and web browser are working just fine. I'm running Windows 10 with plenty of HD space available. This is a work issued laptop working off the business Network. That might be the issue, if so, I just need to know what to tell them to turn on/off because I'm the only one using it.Problem #2: The Sound effects selection is grey'd out so I can't select it.

I have Premiere Elements 7.0 (I know. Don't judge!) and since the last big Windows 10 update (Creators?) it asks me for my Adobe ID. Which it never did before. When I put in my ID it connects to photoshop.com for a bit, then says that "photoshop.com is currently unavailable. Try back later or check your network connection. Error 400." I also tried to create a new ID, but the box that shows the code to type in is blank. ???? Click the link "Can't see the code?" and nothing happens! Very frustrating.Haven't had time to explore too much yet, but PSE (same bundle) doesn't seem to be opening either. I NEED THESE ASAP to finish a project for this weekend!! I know I can get the v.15 bundle for $100, but I really don't have the extra money right now.Any suggestions?

Have been using Prem El 14 in Windows 10  for several years and suddenly am prevented from using it When I start the program I Get an error message that msvcr110.dll is missing. The error message cannot be removed from my screeen without shutting down my laptop.  Any suggestions on how to correct this problem.

I have a nice camcorder XA25 filming in a proper studio set up with lights and green sheet etc, filming a deaf presenter using sign language. I am using Adobe Premiere Elements 15. Should I use 25 fps or 50 fps? I am guessing 50 fps is better (sign language can be fast and there is a need to catch moving hands/fingers clearly). Thanks in anticipation.

As I am adding video clips to the timeline, I begin to get a red error screen on some video clips. Then, the videos with the red screen error playback at a rate about 5 times faster than any other clip. The FPS and speed/duration have not changed. Adjusting FPS and speed/duration do not resolve this issue. Has anyone else experienced this or have any ideas as to how to resolve?

I am used to Windows Live Movie Maker 10 and am making my first DVD of pics and video using this program. I have watched many youtube videos and still can't figure out the following:1. How do I make the zoom IN or OUT so it either pans towards you or away from you?2. How do I make it pan and zoom and ROTATE at the same time? 3. How do I apply transitions to multiple pictures at one time?Thank you for any help anyone can give me, extremely frustrated because it was so simple in my windows movie maker program, hopefully once I learn this it will be just as simple!!

oh good lord, there has to be an easy way to do this, but I cannot find it anywhere...any help?I really don't want wine and cheese in my opening transition, but I do have a lovely image I took of a product.thanks for any guidance-nik

When I add media from files or SD card into new project I get sound but no picture just a black screen.Have a new HD camera and did not have any problems before. Added old videos from files and did not experience any problemsUsing same SD card with new camera that was used with old camera. Please advise.Thank You

I completed a photo slideshow with music, using Premiere Elements 14 (PRE) that is "80 min 53 sec" long.  I then made an ISO image that was captured and opens with Roxio Creator 2012 Special Edition.  I then made a DVD with the Roxio program by selecting Burn Disc Image.  It all worked fine and the program created a M2TS DVD that plays in my Samsung 3D Blu-ray Player.  I did not see an option, during the Burn Disc Image process, to select any final DVD format.  FYI - I do not know the final DVD/Blu-ray players that the slideshow will be shown, because there will be a copy of the slideshow provided to each attendee of our HS reunion - 100 classmates registered.Is there an option during one of the steps to obtain something other than a M2TS format for the DVD?  If yes, how and what should be the other choices? 

I have successfully downloaded Premier Elements 15 and I started to install.  But at 65% it stopped.  It was telling me it was still installing, so I left the computer to it.  But two hours later, it was still stuck at 65%, so I cancelled the installation.  I am still using Windows 7, could this be the reason?  Or is there something else I should be trying to do?
