I use Premiere Elements 10 and have recently purchased a Nikon Coolpix A900. The 4K video clips will not display in Windows Media Player when the blue slider moves from left to right. 1080p clips will play. Sometimes the upper half of the cip will appear when playing but not smoothly, and the lower half will be a solid block of green, then I receive a message " Windows Media Player cannot play the video because there is a problem with your video card". 4K clips will display inside Premiere but do not play smoothly; they stop and start. I can render them down to 1080p but the time taken is much longer than with original 1080p clips.I contacted the manufacturer of the motherboard which included the graphics card. It is the AMD Radeon HD 7000 series graphics in A-series APU. The motherboard is the ASRock A75M-ITX. The replied that the mainboard doesn't support 4K. They said that I should check with Adobe regarding the most suitable card that will work with Premiere so I would like to ask
Hi, am going slowly crazy here. I am working on a Mac, and need to transfer the whole project to my boss' PC. I send her the Prel files and she has all the supporting media. One project seems ok, but she cannot render any files...and the other project won't open AT ALL! What am I doing wrong? This is the message we get! Is it because of Mac to PC? But then the other project would not have worked either....I appreciate any inside info and help!
I have a clip (jpeg) in timeline in PE 15. I want to change the "size" of the clip, but I don't want it to stay in it's 4:3 aspect ratio. How do I do that? It's got to be simple! I have a real problem when I search for this answer that Adobe PE ALWAYS seems to think I mean "project aspect ratio." Nope. Just want to do a "free-form" size change of a clip. Any help would be appreciated.
Hello to whoever is reading this and/answering me,I thank you for it!As the title suggests, I'm inquiring on how I can export to YouTube (in absolute highest quality) the best way. If you go to the 'Export and Share' on Elements, you see 'Quick Export,' 'Devices,' 'Disc,' 'Online,' 'Audio' and finally but not least... 'Image.' Now, why have I stated that above? Simply because I'm questioning the best one for the highest quality YouTube uploads. You see, if I go to 'Online' and upload directly from Elements to YouTube, I'm extremely limited to my abilities to maneuver what settings I'd like. In fact, there's no custom or advanced settings to choose from. Now, lets say I assume exporting from 'Devices' suits best, as I can go to advanced settings and so on, does that I mean I have to go to 'Audio' and 'Image' to put in the settings best suited for YouTube as well before I export? And even if I do not, each of these have their own limitations, 'Audio' has a few more advanced settings then
How can I fix the sound when editing in Adobe Preview 15 using Windows 10? Sound is broken up in editing function but makes perfect DVD.[Moved from non-technical Forum Lounge to Premiere Elements forum... Mod][Here is the list of all Adobe forums... https://forums.adobe.com/welcome]

Used to work fine, no longer can I hear an added audio track while editing...Yes the speaker is active, sound works everywhere else...I can see the audio levels pulsing on the dashboard, video plays back fine, no audio. When I try to make a screen shot--either by using Freeze Frame or Export, the frame I get is not the same as the one I want. For example: I cue up frame 12018 and the frame I get a jpg of is frame 12024 (6 off). To get the frame I want, I have to cue up frame 12012.If I cue up frame 25057, the freeze frame I get is 25069 (12 off).I've tried 2 different projects and had the same results.
Hello, Im having a problem importing sound into a project. The sound is music from a download that works in itunes but doesn't work in premiere and I don't know why. All of the files are .mp3 and it will take some but now all. The music will work but it's stuttered and doesn't go the full length of the song.
Hello,i have a laptop with Windows 10th. Adobe Premiere Elements 14.While loading the project reports: The missing codec. What with this?
HiReally practical to do lots of things with discs with chapters which navigate in a flash etc and no issues with DVD RW media being crap.I do this easiliy in Nero Video 2017 and PowerDirector 15.But find no way to do that Premiere Elements 15, or?You can write files to devices etc but that is not the same thing as with menu and stuff.Navigation need to read through media file to locate a chapter marker etc.Or did I miss something? Are there tools that write from iso images to SDHC cards or usb drive - like from iso disc image that PRE do?Physical disc and iso I manage to do in PRE.Thanks.
I saw a video where a person was using motion effects to move a still image across his video. He was able to click on the image and move it to the grey part of the work area outside of the actual video. when he did this it still show the box with the adjustment tabs on the corners like it normally does. When i move the image outside of the video portion it just disappears. I'm left with having to leave some part of the still image in my video window if i want to use motion effects to move it.Hopefully this doesn't sound too confusing.
How do I fix the source/preview window from being washed out and reversed? Happens on all M4V and MP4 but not on AVI files. Did a search but didn't find the answer. On Windows 10 running and Adobe Premier Elements 15.MP4AVI
I have 59fps GoPro footage in my timeline, but when I go to export, and set the output to 59fps, it says the source is 29fps, what is wrong here?
I would like to stop the annoying advertisements of sales on windows 10 locked screens - what setting do I need to deselect to stop this?
Hello,I'm having troubling exporting a video correctly. When I render & export, the video file (.f4v) is zoomed in. I've read elsewhere that this might be a problem with the original footage size not matching the sequence settings, but I've checked and all files are listed as "scale to fit".I'm using Elements 12. Export settings are: F4V, 1920x1080, Frame Rate: Same as source.Included in the video are a few clips from video games that I scaled to a larger size (as the original videos were all too thin to fill the screen width-ways). There's also a few title scenes in which text appears over a blank, black background, with video files fading in. Other than that, there's nothing unusual to my normal use and I've never had this issue before. Can anyone suggest a fix? Thanks for your help!Joe
I am using overlay title text in a in a premel 14 movie project and would like to learn how to surround the text with a rectangular border (not a background)Thanks for your help
Alright so here in NSW Australia our government got some deals at Adobe and word so students with the government email that ends with education.nsw.gov get the, for free limited to a year or so. I bought adobe premier elements 12.I have edited 2 movies the first came out o k but the second in in black and white only. I don't want that and I didn't buy the program for this frustrating crap. Please help.
My playback on Premiere Elements 14 is very choppy even after rendering. So much so that it freezes on one image as the timeline is progressing. Choppy sound too. I clicked on the exclamation point in the bottom left corner of the timeline and the event page opened and said Audio Dropout Detected on about 20 different clips. Once I clicked remove all, it got a little smoother on the playback. But this keeps occurring? Why? what does it mean?
I have seen this type of question and have tried to get an answer from reviewing what others have posted, but nothing there seems to address my concern. Premiere Elements 15Windows 10Nero 2015I upgraded Premiere Elements the other day to version 15 from an older version. Tried to create a new DVD (no menu). The only option to burn to the hard drive is to create a .ISO file. In the past, PE created a full disc image that could then be burned to the DVD by selecting the VIDEO_TS files and so on. This does not seem to be the case anymore. As far as I can tell, the .ISO file is okay. However, I don't know, because when I tried to use Nero (2015 version) to burn the .ISO file to a DVD, it failed, twice. It got started burning the image to the DVD, but then it just stopped and told me it failed with no error other than that. I don't know if the problem is with the .ISO file, or what. It has been a little while since I have burned a DVD on this computer, but everything seems to work.I tried to
So basically i have a still image that i want to move fast on top of a video clip. When using motion effects to move the image around its at the same speed and i'm looking to change the speed of its movement. I'm using premiere elements 14.0Thanks.
There was a previous question about Premiere Elements requesting answers about needing a disk to run, but the answers were not relevant to my OS.I have Windows 10 Home Version 1067 OS 64-bit on 64x based processor -My Adobe Premiere Elements was running enough to work with it to edit a video from my phone a couple of months ago. I cannot remember if the error message popped up or not, but I was able to work around it.1) I now get the "Adobe Premiere Elements.exe - No Disk" error (red circle with x) "There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive E:". This has 3 buttons, "cancel", "try again", or "Continue". If I click these buttons repeatedly, eventually this message goes away and it looks like I can use the program. However, the program is not working! Last month, I created some videos on my phone, transferred them to my computer, edited them somewhat, and then saved them. When I ask it to load a .prel file, it does not. When I
I'm brand new to PE. I'm using version 15 on an iMac.When I try to apply Pan and Zoom to my photos my photo shows as a rectangle and the pan or zoom selection area only sizes to a square. I can't select the whole photo due to the difference.Do I need to resize my photos? If so, how do you do this?
