Premiere Rush

I create new project on my iPhone XS Max and add video. I work on project w no issue. I exit and return to the project. I get this weird error - Media upload failed for 'IMG_3960.mov.' I click OK & I'm able to continue editing the project. Somewaht annoying, especially when showing teachers how to use it. Any ideas why this is happening?

On the Rush app when taking a video I used auto instead of pro and it did not save my video.  Could anyone explain why this would be?

In last version of premiere rush (1.1.0) on windows 10, I have created a project. If I quit and reopen premiere rush and select again this project, Rush load the project, but then when I try to play it the video freezes during the play (the time count is playing and I hear the sound but the image of the video is freezing).PS : my original video file is of 1 Go. I suspect that in a case of an heavy video file size, Premiere Rush has some difficulty to play.With a light video file there is no problem.

Hello,I have an HP Omen 15 laptop with AMD Ryzen 5800H processor, RTX 3060 GPU and 32 GB RAM in dual-rank, dual-channel mode. The laptop has an SSD storage drive as well..My laptop runs other Adobe apps quite smoothly, but when it comes to Adobe Premiere Pro, the app performs very slow and is laggy during editing and playing the edited video within the editor. If I navigate to another part of the video inside the editor, then it takes at least 2-4 seconds to respond. Sometimes, certain transitions also do not show or play, or the whole video playback in the editor hangs at the transition timing, but audio keeps on playing. The video starts playing after some seconds.I am facing strange performance issues.Another odd thing I noticed is that during export process, the CPU is not 100% utilized, although it runs at maximum frequency.I tried to uninstall and reinstall the app. I also cleared the cache. But it did not help.How can I fix the performance issues? Do you have any tips for optimi

I was looking for some assistance ofr the following issue -When using video files (mp4 captured on a DJI mini 2 drone), the video previews strange colours that are different from the original. No presets or other adjustments have been added. Once I've exported the video its playback colours are fine, so it only happens in the preview within Rush. Incidentally it also happens in Lr when I'm viewing the unedited video file in there although the colours are different (more purple in the clouds). It does not happen in iMovie which I ran for a test.Please see the following images. (Macbook Pro 16" 2021 M1 Max, OS 12.4)(Adobe Apps all up to date)

Why do I not see Instagram as a Destination? Only "Local".  

I have multiple picture clips from 35mm and Iphone.  Some are landscape and some portrait.  I tried to address this with Autoframe but it is grayed out and can't be slected.  Any ideas??

Hi, When I export my project on my new iPhone 13 in 1080p it washes the whole video out in some bright light. I can only export in 720p and then it's fine. The original file was recorded in the new Apple Cinematic mode. Thanks

I created a sequence in Rush (desktop version 1.5.62. on MacBook Pro MacOS Mojave) by adding 10 clips taken with iPhone. Everything works fine in the editor but when I export I get only a black screen with audio. I noticed others have the same issue but nothing resolved this issue. I even tried to open it in Premiere Pro and it works just fine in the editor and preview but export generates black screen with audio. Please help, I don't want to lose my work and don't want to do it all over again.

So ive been trying all of yesterday, i uninstaled then reinstaled, restarted and tried all i know how to and nothing, the app launches fine then white screens me and doesnt respond if i could some help id be much appreciated, Thx - Ta

A few days ago I edited some mp4 clips in Rush and exported them into some new mp4 files, it worked fine...Now when I try to open the projects again, or make new ones, Rush wont recognize any mp4 files.Not even the ones I exported through Rush.I can't find .mp4 in the supported formats anymore. Was it removed? Or why did it stop working?This is what I get when I try to relink the exact same file into my project:

May I know why Adobe Premiere Pro/Rush is not compatible with the device? It's one of the latest phone and as per check, Mi 9 supports the app. Discontinued with Xiaomi I assume?

Hello everyone,I am an avid Rush user and was so excited to use the Ken Burns style feature in my video editing. I have used it a couple times with no issue, but my most recent project (and the most complicated) has been crashing upon rendering in the same spot. The issue happens on mobile (iPhone 10 XR) and my 2017 Macbook Pro with the Intel i7 processor. The video will render just fine until I get to the first JPEG (exported from Lightroom, roughly 18 mb, 6000x4000) which has a pan and zoom on it. The computer will slow to a crawl and get through this. It crashes on the image right after, with is a similar sized JPEG exported from Lightroom with a slightly more intense pan and zoom on it. For the iPhone, it fails repeatedly at 6% or 13%. The 6% failure is before it even reaches the JPEGs, the 13% failure is right around when it would be exporting them. Is there a syncing issue with this feature? According to my Adobe CC account, the apps are all the newest version

Hi, Al meerdere keren geprobeerd mijn video te exporteren, maar het renderen blijft steeds hangen op 76%. Heb al geprobeerd om dingen in de video anders te doen en de kwaliteit aan te passen, maar niks helpt.

I duplicated a file and have spent the week working on it - opening it multiple times within the week. At the end of some voice recording today it noted that it may not have saved the file properly and it wouldn't shut down, but just kept whirring and whirring. Eventually it crashed.I have now just gone to do my final edit and the whole file is empty. Including the file assets. It is not on the cloud. Any chance of me recovering it?

Hello,My video is always freezing after 20min. I'm on samsung s21. If its a video of 18min, its all good but now i need to export a video of 37 minutes and the image is freezing at 20 min.The sound still ok, we can hear me but not the image.  I redo 6 new video, always same problem.

Hallo,wie kann ich auf Bilder und Videos zugreifen, die in meiner Apple Fotos Mediathek sind?Wenn ich in Premiere Rush auf Lokal - Bilder klicke erscheint zwar ein Ordner der sich Photos Library nennt aber ich kann diesen nicht öffnen.Wenn ich die Bilder aus der Mediathek auf den Schreibtisch lege kann ich sie über Lokal - Schreibtisch auswählen.Kann mir jemand helfen, damit ich es nicht so umständlich machen muss. Vielen DankPia 

Since today I have had a problem with rendering in Rush.The video does not render properly. When I watch the video after rendering, it only consists of the first frame of the video. Can anyone help me and tell me what the problem could be?

I'm new to Rush, beginning to make sense.Right now I'm working with wide still images. My goal is to have the left end of the image hold for about ten seconds, then pan slowly all the way across for twenty seconds, then hold for another ten seconds. I plan to add text at various points along this forty second timeline.So far the only way I can see to do this is to load three instances of the image:1. The image at the start point of the pan.2. Then the pan, using the same start point.3. The image at the end point of the pan.This sort of works but there is a bump between 1/2 and another between 2/3, just a slight change in image size/position.First question is, can one fine tune the image positions? I have tried with the crop tool but the numbers make no sense.Second question is, can one apply Pan to the clip but have it begin after a delay and end before the clip finishes? I have tried to address the purple band below the clip that signifies Pan is applied, but can't see how to adjust i
