Premiere Rush

My desktop version of Rush has been altering my videos to have a hideous yellow tone and very bright white tone to any files that were shot on my phone. It does not alter the ones shot on my camera. The videos from the phone are perfectly fine when I open them in any other program and you can see the drastic difference of whatever filter was put on the videos when they are side by side. Does anyone know how to fix this?I checked to make sure there were no filter presets running in the program.It does not alter the files when I add them to Rush on my phone, just the desktop version. I tried going back to an older version and it didn't help. I tried updating it again and that didn't help either.Thanks!

Hello I’m having issues rendering a project in Adobe premier rush version 1.5.61. Every time I try to render the video it loads up to 29 percent then crashes.  It’s a 4min video and I have plenty of room on my phone. How can I get this project rendered so I can share it?

I'm working with footage in 480x640 and needs to export it in the same format ( 1:1 ). However, the smallest option available is 720p, which is converting my media to be 720x720 (Which stretches the media). Is there any way to create a custom preset or resolution, or isn't this software able to produce other resolutions? I haven't found anything related to this issue while googling, so I can only pray for your help. Using Adobe Premiere Rush 2021, v.1.5.58. Windows 10.

Hi!  I am teaching a couple of my colleagues how to use Premiere Rush and I'd like to send them some of the templates I have created under the 'Titles' section, so that they can create videos in a similar style to the ones I have created.  Is there a way to download or find the template files on my Mac (I'm using a MacBook Pro) to send to them so they can import them?  Thanks! Hope

When I apply dissolve and pan and zoom to the same still image it produces extraneous noise in the audio track. Is there a fix for this?

I start Rush on my Android, and after about 10 sec it stops. Sometimes I get to click through until Add New Media to a new project but when those 10 are reached it shuts down. Already restarted phone, Rush is updated. Went to open it through the Adobe Cloud App. All the same. Anybody knows what's wrong? 

I insert an image above my main track, but it only shows for a few seconds, and I need it to stay for longer, say a minute.I can't see any setting for duration, and also can't drag the edge... how do I do it? many thanks

Is there a way of exporting sequencing still images from movie footage from Adobe rushon an iPad 

i've already subscribe for annual PR mobile. but when i'm using PR desktop i still need to up upgrade for more sharing?  

Hello.I have been using Premiere Rush for a couple of weeks, until now it has been working fine.Yesterday I made a film with separate microphone that was recorded (mp3) I have done it before and it worked fine to add the sound file into the movie project.This time the grafic sound bar gets flat (without sound) as soon as the sound file is imported. I have tried to convert the sound file to wave and othe formats, bur it fail every time, it is only this specific voice recording that struggle and I cannot make a second recording 😕😕The attached screendump show succesful voice files in green area and several failing attempts (1,2,3) in red numbers. BR Torbjörn

Hi Guys! i am desperate working with rush. I edited some projects two weeks ago and some of them are looking like this:  What happened here? we are working with google drive, and i dont get the mistake here. Other projects are just fine, where we also work with drive.I did not delete any files...can someone help?cheers Ben

Just bought and downloaded both Creative cloud and Rush, When I click open it just does nothing, ive tried restarting and reinstalling several times, even installing an older version, but nothing. any help?

always when i add effect pan/zoom to a slide (photo) in rush, rendering will not work  enough battery and memory ios 14.4.2 

When I add content created on my iphone the voice audio fades in for the first 10 seconds. Can find a setting to get rid of that annoying feature. I've been isolating those clips and adjusting the volume up but is time consuming. Help 🙂 

Hi! So I didn't delete my project I was working on. What happened was this; it was super hot today and I heard a loud sizzle and pop outside. Instantly I lost power and in the next second everything came back on. When I went to go back to working on my video I had opened and put over 20 work hours into, it was gone as if It was never there. I had saved it on multiple occasions but now its gone, POOF. Is there any way I can get this back? It is super important and now I have to start all over. I have been literally killing myself taking care of my 4 month old and doing some work on it in betweeen her naps. I can't keep doing this so please tell me this amazing program has a failsafe for recovering lost projects. PLEASE!

I plan on being in the back woods hiking, making daily videos, I will have no internet connection for several days at a time.   Source photos and videos will be in my camera roll.Can I use Rush?Thx

Hello everyone! Im having issues when I save export my video files. Original video looks great but when I save it using Rush it looks darker and blurry in some parts of the videos. I uploaded the video to YouTube and it went from bad to worse lol any help, please? Hardware used: asus i7, 16ram, 2060 rtx, go pro and mavic mini 2.

Hello,I was working on a video the past few days and planned to export it today but now the project won't open at all. Like when I click on it, it goes black and then after like a second or two, it goes back to the Your Projects view. Other projects that I have created are still working fine, and I can open them. But with this latest one nothing is happening. I tried signing out, signing back in...restarting the laptop...clearing the cache...but none of it is making a difference. Has anyone come across this before? If so, is there a workaround? Grateful for any tips!

We have photoshop for Windows on ARM and it's wonderful. Could we start to get the rest of the suite, assuming that it is not currently planned? The Microsoft Surface Pro X is an excellent machine with a GPU that can compete with the Apple M1. I know the Microsoft/Qualcomm SQ2 is lacking in CPU compared to the M1, but it's still more than powerful enough for this, considering how wonderfully Photoshop runs on WoA. After all, the GPU is the generally primary component required for video and image processing. Since the ARM64 libraries clearly exist for OSX, they can certainly be ported to Windows DLLs. I support ARM products no matter what company is using them, but it's frustrating to constantly be looked over until Apple does the same thing someone else does and THEY get support first and THEY get praised instead of the actual pioneer. That complaint aside, as it's personal opinions and frustration not meant to detract from an excellent ARM SoC (The Apple M1), I think th

I am using the free version of rush on my Apple iPad and when I try to download a video to edit the "preparing media" step never moves forward. I have tried logging out and back in and have even made a new account. From doing all this I have only gotten 1 video downloaded and no more have gotten downloaded. Please can I have some advice on how to move forward from this step.

Rush freezes within minutes of me being in the desktop app, whether or not I'm editing or simply playing through my video. I've restarted my Windows ThinkPad multiple times over the past couple weeks, but no improvement. I have desperately settled for restarting, work in it for 1-2 mins until it inevitably freezes, always need to force-close it in the Task Manager when that happens, and repeat again. I must have restarted it 200+ times just to squeeze in every little editing minute I could get before it would freeze again and crash. And after all that, I am now unable to export the video I created without the app completely freezing. I have a deadline to meet, help please!

Just wondering if I am able to create videos with music and give them to a business to use for marketing, web etc with the company watermark on or do I need a different type of account?  (I have Rush for personal use at the moment) I would not be charging the business for the project as it's a hobby of mine. Any help would be appreciated 👍

Dears,    a brief question. If I use the export to YouTube option, will Rush fully match YouTube's native format specs or will YouTube transcode on upload? My question is originated by poor quality on YouTube playback. Regards

Hello, Could someone help me, please, with this very frustrating problem? Each time I cut a video segment, the audio is distorted (waves skyrocket, noises, buzzes). I use Rush on my PC (since june 2021) and the videos (mp4) are fine when I import them. The problem only arises when I cut. If I undo the cutting, the audio is restablished identical as before (without noises). Does anyone know why this is happening and how to solve it? Thank you so much for your support!Viv
