Premier Rush will not export at all errors every time on my pc never had issues before any help please 

Hello everybody!! I'm a new user and I have a question. How can I put my brand (png image) as a title in the app? The video is a small blurred video but has movement. It is possible?Olá galera !! [Moderator moved from Using the Community (forums) to Premier Rush.]   I can upload videos I recorded from my phone to Rush mobile but when I upload a video I recorded on my eos r i could play it in my gallery but when I go to upload to Rush mobile it says "could not create project"

Dear all, I have a persitent issue with the voice over in Premiere Rush. I have recorded the voice over in the project and it is audible in the preview and the editing process as it should be. I use an additional audio layer for background music. Some of the used videos have an own audio track, which has been muted. Therefore, in the preview the voice over and the background music is audible together, as expected. I am using the Auto Volume, Enhanced Speech (lower pitch) und Reduce Background Noise (usually 25) setting on the voice over. However, if I export the project with the YouTube 1080p preset, the voice over disappers in the rendererd file and only the background music can be heard. I encountered the same issue with another project and was able to get a complete version with the voice over and music after a dozen or so renderings. I use the latest version of Adobe Premiere Rush on a Windows 10 Matebook X with an Intel® Core™ i5-10210U CPU @@ 1.60GHz, an integretad

I currently teach high school students with behavior disorders and next term will be teaching both a motion graphics and 2d art classes.  I was pondering buying a few Ipads for my classroom and having students use Rush and other FREE Adobe apps for their learning. I am only familiar with PP not PR.  Does this idea make sense to have students use PR on an Ipad to create videos?  Also, what other Apps would you suggest?  I do not have a budget for software and will be using my own funds for the Ipads.   Thank you! 

Help!!!! I was working on a major project and when I went to export it said there was a failure and a couple things happend:1. I lost one of my 3 exports even though the second one failed and I never got anything???2. When I went back into editing mode I had lost ALL audio and picture ability, and everything you watch is replaced by a red screen and white exclimation point. I have been working on this for weeks and am scared I'll have to start over, does anyone know how to reverse this and go back?

So I bought a Premiere Rush subscription over the weekend.  When I did that, I still had 3 exports left...  Used up my 3 exports then the refresh button wasn't working I thought it might take a few hours to set it up... but it's been 2 days later and I still see the message on top.... but trying to buy tells me I already have this product (as expected). Tried reinstalling, updating to no avail.  Any help?  I just bought the product and can't use it!  Then I get this  :  But the refresh button does nothing.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled but it is still giving the warning of 1 export left. The money has left my account so it isn't a payment issue.

Windows crashed & burned. I installed a fresh version.I then found all my Rush files for my projects, and put them where they previous resided, under /Documents/Adobe/Premiere Rush/Managed Media/ Rush still does not find my projects. Maybe I'm missing some type of "index" file that Rush is looking for? Any advice?Thanks, Kelvin

Hi everyone, I am trying to figure out why Adobe Rush is constantly crashing. I checked my computer's compatibility, and it seems fine, but every time I open a project, it crashes. I downgraded the software version, but no luck; I can't use it at all.Can someone help me or guide me? 

I installed the program regularly, but I was only allowed to save three videos. I tried to upgrade, according to the instructions from the red bar, but I get information that I can't buy in my region. I tried through the nearest providers, but in the end the payment does not allow me to buy the upgrade. How to solve the problem? Vlada Gajic urzga@yahoo.com

Is there a way to interpet 30FPS to 24FPS when imporing my footage for editing? Or is this only possible in Premiere Pro? Exporting 30FPS to 24FPS produces choppy footage.  Thanks.

Google appears to save photos and videos taken with its camera app to a folder whish Rush does not recognize. When I try to import media, it sees no photos or videos in the default locations. It allows me to browse, but only to folders other 3rd party apps have created.Since Rush is labeled as compatible with Pixel 2, I would assume it would look first in Google's default folder for phtos and videoas, but not only does this not seem to be the case, but Rush does not allow me to browse freely, but only to a limited number of folders.Anyone solve this issue? The only work-around I have come up with is to DL photos and videos from Google Photos onto my laptop, then open them in Rush there. But this does me no good if I am on my phone.I guess th eonly other thing to do would be to open Rush and add them directly? But there's a basic compatibilty here that seems to have ben oddly overlooked. Or I am missing something very obvious!Many thanks!

I can sign in to one account, but not the one I need to upload to.Once I enter the email address for my YouTube channel I get:"Couldn’t sign you inThis browser or app may not be secure.Try using a different browser. If you’re already using a supported browser, you can refresh your screen and try again to sign in." I have tried everything suggested in the online forums on this and nothing works. IT HAS BEEN A KNOWN ISSUE FOR OVER A YEAR! and there is still no fix.Extremely aggrevating!

How To Mirror or Flip Images and More in Adobe Rush

Hello. My audio-only project suddenly went red and muted, when I opened it again. I can open the channels for the left and right ear, but there is still no sound afterwards. I am a newbie in Premier Rush, so I really need the help from you, guys! What did you do against such problems?  

Hello and thank you for your help. First I was not able to see mp4 files in media browser at all when creating a Rush project. I did every windows update and ASUS firmware update that was pending. Now I can see and add mp4 files to the project but they only play audio, no video.  I added the same kind of mp4 file (from a zoom video call) to my projects and edited successfully just a week ago. I uninstalled and reinstalled Rush twice. Now I'm out of ideas and this project is due. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks. 

I am using the subscription memebership for Rush and can only see 5 title options when I try to add graphic. Can anyone help? Am I missing something obvious here..??

Hi, I want to import an image with some transparency into Rush. I've saved it as a .png in PS but the transperant parts of the image are coming in black. 'Use Optimised Clips' is unchecked (I've tried it both ways). Any ideas?

Hi all. I have installed Rush on a new laptop and signed into Creative Cloud and Rush as normal, however none of my existing projects are in the program. Any ideas on how I can sync/retrieve my projects from the previous computer which I assume are absolutely backed up to Adobe Cloud for this exact purpose. Many thanks in advance for any help.

One of my remote learning students is having an issue with Premiere Rush, and I've tried about everything I can think of to troubleshoot it from my end so I'm hoping for someone to have a miracle fix here. The project involves cutting footage to music from a provided batch of 25 video files and one music track. All students have the same media, but this student is the only one reporting an issue. Each day she works on her edit adding additional clips to her sequence. Yesterday she had about 1:15 of content edited. Today when she opened the app, 30 seconds of her clips had simply disappeared from her timeline. She's been having this problem regularly over the past two weeks, sometimes she gets a spinning blue wheel when trying to quit the app, other times not. She has been using track locking to try and prevent accidentally deleting linked clips between the tracks, but that doesn't prevent the files from disappearing between sessions. Troubleshooting we've already tried:Restar

Hello,I am having an issue with using one of the audio loops in Rush. I add it to my project the file plays all is good. When I reopen Rush to continue working the same audio file is now missing. I have to keep adding it back into my project.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.

Hi.I just downloaded Premiere Rush, but have been having some problems when I tranfer video files from my computer to the software. When I play the video on the timeline, the footage goes black for about half a second and I can't figure out why. Is it to do with the file I'm transfering? Does my bad internet connection play a part in this? Is it to do with the type of computer I'm using? Is it the software? I'm at a loss.
