Premiere Rush

I bought the mobile version of Premiere Rush and have successfully made 5 videos for my employer with no problems. A project due today however will not export. I have tried reducing the resolution when exporting, deleting and reinstalling app, making sure I have the latest version, full charge on my phone and latest iOS installation. I also tried the chat tech support and waited 45 minutes with no help as well as called the 1-800 number and waiting an hour before giving up. My question is how do I get my project off the app?? Is it stuck on there forever? And can I trust this program moving forward. 😞

I have an image in my timeline that I want to start small and then get larger over about 2 seconds of time.  How do I do that?   I don't want to zoom in -- I want the whole image to get larger.  I understand how to resize, crop and place an image, just can't figure out how to make it larger over time.  Thanks.

I am putting a video together in Premier Rush and want to add transitions between each indiviual video. When I add the transitions in and watch it back, the transition is nowhere to be found. It is showing up in the editor bar below but is not actually visible in the video. How do I get the transitions to appear?Any help at all is much appreciated!

Is ther a way to place my viseo titles in the black bars top and bottom? Thanks 

The version hanging at loading importerQuickTimePrm. I have loaded previous version. updated and rebooted. same problem everytime. Stopped working 2 days ago.  

I want to increase the speed of my clips in the video I'm editing but when I make my adjustments with the speed tool as soon as I click play it freezes and crashes the program. When I relaunch Premiere Rush the adjustments are still there and I can play other clips in my video but if I go to the clip that has the speed adjusted it will always freeze and crash the program. I've tried ramping, unchecking the audio pitch, adjusting the speed to start and end before the clips start and end but no dice. My specs are: Intel Core i7-8700 CPU @ 3.20GHz, 16GB ram, Windows 10, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB

Hey everyone, I delete every project I create after uploading it to free up storage space, however, I still get notifications that I don't have enough storage space to continue working on Premiere Rush and that I need to update my plan. I don't really understand how this can be as I always delete them, anyone got any advice?Thanks

Hi! since I updated my iMac on Big Sur Rush does not work anymore! It always crushes so i cannot work - unfortunately not even on my desktop but also on my iPad pro. I uninstalled the other Applications but it still does not work.I have contacted the support, they had try to fix it; after that it worked one day! Apple support meant, it is an Adobe Problem, Adobe support meant, it is an Apple problem. So...what am i suppose to do? 

I have a Project which I have been working on for some time.I inadvertenly clicked File>New>Sequence and it appears to have lost the timeline and all the Edit.Now the project seems to be empty like a new one.How can I reopen a Sequence?Can there be more than one Sequence in a Project?Where can I locate the saved project file on a Mac?Thanks.

Chose the wrong Facebook site to post, now, Rush thinks this is my preferred site. How can I rectify this mistake and delete this preference?

I'm trying to allow Premiere Rush to gain access to my iPhoto library. I'm using my MAC and logged in as me on the computer but logged in with my school ID into Rush. Could this be the problem?

i am trying to edit a video and when i press paly in rush the video stutters and jumps back like 1 second every 3 and iv tried everything i know and i havnt got anywhere. i have rush on my laptop and its fine but i want to use it on my pc and im sturggling to work out whats wrong. iv updated my drivers and iv unistalled and reinstalled and iv made no progessany help is appriecated 

Like the title says. I have had this bug several times. This case is with a project I have created and exported months ago. I had it synced with the cloud and saved in my device. Going back to export it again to my device to use again, and the video playback shows a black screen and on attempting to export the error message "project contains media that can not be found" comes up. I have lost several projects due to this. It's getting very frustrating. Is there a fix? If not, I need to change apps and cloud storage. my device is an iPhone 8s and with the current iOS and my premier rush has the most current version as of this date. I just updated it to see if that solved anything. It did not. 

when i am editing a video it stutters all the time i have tried different cilps and unistalling it and trying older versions but it still continues to stutter

Hello,  I am an Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom user for a long time. Recently, I started making videos, and being a newbie, I didn't feel the need to have a really complex software like premiere pro, so I got Rush. I thought this was a good idea because I also work at home from my Samsung Note 20 ultra using Dex, and rush seems to be working fine on Dex. However, on my phone and computer, the app is extremely laggy. when I try to playback videos, it freezes, image doesn't move but I can hear the sound. On my PC, I am unable to browse files to find my videos. Here's my hardwareSamsung Note 20 Ultra PC : AMD Rayzen 5 32gb DDR4512GB SSDGTX 1080ti Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, didn't fix anything. As a paying customer, I feel like this should be working correctly. Anyone have a walkaround ? 

I have never been able to open Rush on my desktop computer. It starts loading then as soon as it gets to Loading ImporterQuickTime.prm it just freezes - I have allowed it to load for over 7 hours at a time and nothing happens? My colleagues do not have this problem and it works fine on the iPad.

I edited video on 3/12/21 without any hiccup whatsoever. I left work that Friday, locking my computer, and then returned Monday 3/15/21. At some point in the interem time, without anyone else accessing the computer and no restart Adobe Rush has decided that .mp4 files I formerly used as the intro and outro stingers for all my files should become unlinked (similar to if they changed directory). When I go to "Find and Connect" them Rush tells me, "The selected file cannot be linked because its type does not match the original file's type. Choose the original file and try again. When I attempt to reimport the same clip it will only appear on the audio track of the document. The same is true of any and all .mp4 files. The same files open fine in Premier Pro, Windows Media Player, etc. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Rush - no change. I have restarted the device numerous times - no change. I have run antivirus, malware protection, and registry correction applications - no

As my old one has only 4GB the project didn't export well. Now I want it to move to my new computer but I don't know how.Can somebody give an idea on how to copy it?Thank you in advance! 

I have been using Adobe Rush on my Samsung phone perfectly for weeks. I updated my Samsing phone this morning and now it's sayign Rush is no longer compatible with  my device and I can't use it.  What's this about? I pay for this service.  Can you please tell me how to fix this and get it back on my phone?

Hi Community,I just started using Preimere Rush and corrected the first export I made by changing the timing of the music in the video. I'm getting a message that says, "You've reached your export limit". Upgrade for unlimited sharing." This is number 2 export of the 3 allowable. How can I get around this? Hi, Adobe rush keeps crashing when I try to edit a simple 1 minute video in 720p. This happens on both my 2020 iPad Pro and IPhone 11pro max. i can use the app for a minute and then it suddenly crashes without any crash code or explanation.Ive used different video files as well, so it wouldn’t be a corrupt file.  My OS is up to date (not in beta) and the app is up to date. Ive tried different accounts and reinstalling the app, but nothing helps.  Is there a fix for this?
