Premiere Rush

I got a new phone the galaxy 21+ the videos are like in fast speed . They aren't like that on my computer or my daughter iPhone. Went to t-mobile traded phones thinking it was a phone issue and same thing. Any ideas ? 

Thats my problem I'm using Premiere Rush on my iPad Pro 4th Gen. - iPadOS 14.3Premiere Rush Version: 1.5.48 When I'm holding my finger on the videopart I am seeing this: I do not know why it is greyed out.Normally I am recording with two different audiotracks and when I'm importing the video in Pro I also have two - but in Rush only one, where both tracks are connected. Maybe the connection of the tracks is the problem?Sorry for my bad english - I hope you guys can help me solving this problem

Hi, is it normal that I do not see an option:- Export Local- Export You Tube I have Premiere Rush installed on iPad Pro 12,9. And is it normal that I first have to a) render the video and only then b) I get the choice to which social media I want to export it (You Tube and Local of course not on the list). I'm asking because in the Rush guidelines (unofficial though) it looks like Rush would a) first ask you where to export and only then b9 start renedering the video.  

It is incompatible with my OnePlus 8 pro. Please fix it as soon as possible. Thanks

Hello all, I was editing a video and took a file from my SD card and uploaded it to Rush. I had viewed the video file before in Quicktime Player and there was no issue. Everything seemed great. However, when I uploaded it to Rush there was a problem. The audio was not lining up with what is happening in the video. The audio and video are both the same length but out of sync.

 Howdy, I'm trying to sign in to YouTube in Premiere Rush but am getting the following: Looks like it's something that Google and Adobe have to work out, but is there any way to find out how long this will take to resolve? I've attached a screenshot.  Sign in with Google temporarily disabled for this appThis app has not yet been verified by Google in order to use Google Sign in.

I am a novice user in Adobe Rush, I am working on a project where I imported videos, added transition text effects as well as added background audio, and I used a share to local. However, when I play the local file from my desktop as MP4 there is no audio. Can anyone help me or suggest to me how to fix this?

I finished editing my video and went into the share tab. It said I needed to sign into my YouTube and when I went type my email and entered it, it said: "This browser or app may not be secure.Try using a different browser. If you’re already using a supported browser, you can refresh your screen and try again to sign in." How do I fix this?

Sharing (exporting) a 3minute project to local folder on PC  results with a 6 minute video that is not in sync with audio. Tried multiple times with same result. I tried to render with phone but receive error message that load files. 

I am experiencing the exact same issue. I just bought a new macbook in October(16gb ram, i7). At the beginning It work with no issues but since yesterday I can't edit simple videos which include photo and text... It freezes, its impossible to move text accurately and it won't play it or it will play with a delay. I think we are all in the same situation, the problem is that it seems that there is no resolution to this issue. 

I'm getting this error message while trying to upload to Instagram after exporting from Premiere Rush. I've all the sizes, so the size is correct. Can anyone help?  

From home screen I imported video and it's showing 00:00. Anyone know why?

I have been attempting to export a project from Rush for several days and having no luck.  I have had 3 other projects that seem to have exported fine using the same, default settings that is recommended with no custom changes.  The only difference I can think of is this is a duplicated project but I don't know why that would be cause for the error.  In preview, the project runs well and looks exactly as intended.  However, when I export - no matter if I use Automatic, Custom, Youtube, or Facebook defaults, it always ends with the same flickering, missing frames, or completed distorted video. 

I've been having problem when I try to edit my video on Rush. I use to make 2-3 videos per month but last 2-3 months I'm not able becuase the programs crash/freeze my computer. I would like to get this problem fixed or get my money back. It's wasting my time and money.

HELP!I've downloaded an Adobe font from this link.https://stock.adobe.com/Library/d245a27f-219d-4be1-81e6-c9df6b96488e?asset_id=255507952Its on my desktop as well as in my Adobe Cloud library. How/ or can I load this font into Premiere Rush. Anyone out there that could help? I appeciate it.

I have some basic 30min ish min vids where i've just done some simple editting like cuts & text add I go to render the videos but part way through ti freezes the time stops going the mini pre view stops Does matter how long i wait it just stuck anyone having the same problem, using mp4

I can't download Adobe Premiere Rush From Play Store . I am using Nokia C1 Android 9. Why Play Store didn't show me incompatible to download. I loved a app and pay if it is available to me . It's seems domaniting to me .

Pardon the ignorance here, but I am not at all a tech person... What's the easiest way to get footage from my iphone to my macbook, so I can use Rush to edit it?  For some reason, nothing happens when I plug my phone into my laptop.   Do I have to dowload Dropbox or something similar in order to access my info?

I was trying to create a new project in Premiere Rush and when I opened the built in file encoder and looked for them in Videos, I couldn't see those specific files. I also couldn't see any other files in videos. Why is this? I have an Intel Core i7-7700 CPU with 16 GB of RAM. My rush build is 1.5. The footage format is MKV.

My students are using Premiere Rush on Mac laptops and the program runs very slowly often hanging up (or glitching) when doing a playback. Students find it difficult when editing because the timeline view isn't consistent when the screen lags behind the action. Is there some way to fix this? If Rush is less robust than Premiere Pro, shouldn't it perform a little more efficiently and faster? We purposely avoided using PP because of the resources it requires.

Hi,    My name is Andrew Costanzo. I am having some issues with Adobe Rush on my iphone. First off I downloaded the app on my Iphone XS in December 2020. I edited a ton of videos on it. I purchased the subscription $30 a year on that device and account. Under my Itunes account you can see this. <Removed by Moderator>  The issue is I just bought a new iphone and downloaded the app again hoping to resume my edits via the cloud. I soon realized on my old iphone it has used the adobe account under a very old email of mine:<Removed by Moderator>. I have tried multiple times to re log into this account to access the files. When I try to recover the password I need to log into this old email for a security code. Google will not let me into my old account for some reason because it thinks it's not me. I am trying to get support on this but it seems on the adobe website in order to get help you need to sign into the account… but i can't! I am very frustrated as I have
