Premiere Rush

Help! There are some video clips that are showing as black screen, only after the full project is exported. I can still heard the audio but no visual. I've tried deleting and reuploading the files and even requested the files be sent via another method from the person I received them from. Nothing works!

Back in the day rush has 3 free projects for free but i used all of them after year u think now i can create project and share idk how is it free or now its limited with features 😕😕

I'm a high school student in a film class with a teacher that wants us to use the mobile verison of Premiere Rush. The school has already paid for our accounts, so there is no problem with that. My problem is that I can't even log in. When I open the app, I'm given the four options to log in: continue with Adobe, Apple, Google, or Facebook. Because my school has already paid for our accounts, we are supposed to click "continue with Adobe". Whenever I go to click that, a box shows up in the middle of the screen saying "Can't Sign In" and "Error Code: 400" right under. I've never been able to log into the account before, and I don't know what to do. I currently have an iPhone 11 Pro, in case that means anything.

Hi! I am trying to make a slideshow with pics and some congratulatory video messages for my two seniors. It's not as easy as the the app made it seem. I want to import a song from my own I tunes library and only a few of the songs are highlighted as importable. mayne it's a copyright thing but without music the pic slide show is boring. Pls help sobia 

Hello,In my timeline I have used the chisel tool to cut the timeline. So I have two parts now in the timeline.Now, if I want to cancel the cut, ie join the two parts I have cut, how to do this ?

Is it not possible to pan or zoom a photo in Rush? It seems like such a basic feature of an editing program. And there are so many robust features in the program I can't believe i can't do this in this app?

Can you use Adobe Premier Rush on an Ipad Pro? Or does it make life more difficult??? Thanks!

Premier pro bugs and crashes again and again and displays an offline media message. What does this mean and how can I solve the problem?

I loved Adobe Premiere Clip.  Unfortunately, I had uninstalled it, and to my dismay, I prefer Adobe Premiere Clip over Adobe Premiere Rush.   I can no longer download Adobe Premiere Clip from the app store.  Questions: Does anyone know a safe site where I can download Adobe Premiere Clip? Also, does anyone know of a video app that is equivalent to the quality of Adobe Premiere Clip?Thanks!

Please view the videos but essentially: - Rush crashes frequently not always saving your most recent actions- Rush frequently just decides not to record or upload voiceovers with no warning. You'll click record and it will look like it's recording but the stop button is not there aid just looks like the record button, clicking it does nothing.- Rush frequently crashes bs mutes random timelines- Rush video preview gets stuck and pressing the play button does nothing- Full post info in another thread but Rush can randomly unlink files and if any voiceover files are unlinked they're erased from Adobe Cloud as well (the only place they're stored essentially losing the file forever) im surprised this product was released and honestly they should remove it from the market before anyone else loses hours and hours of work and then is stuck trying to finish the project using a product that crashes constantly and has the above issues. It's going to end up taking 65 hours for a 25 hour

Hi All, I'm in real trouble with a project I was supposed to post yesterday. As I was going to export the project, I received an error saying "Abode Premiere Rush cannot export this project" so I tried 3 more times and got the same error. I then closed the app and tried again, I got the error twice but the third time it looked like it was working, but after several hours it was still at 0%.  I then looked online and saw that other people who had issues exporting tried to export it on desktop. I pulled the project up on Desktop but now media was unlinked. I called Adobe Support and after 4 hours on the phone with 2 agents, it looks most (possibly all) of the photos and videos are still on my iPad but all of the voiceovers are missing from Adobe Creative Cloud. This is hundreds of dollars of voiceover work as this was a signifigant project (last time im using Rush for a big project, or any project honestly). Hello! I recently think the Creative Cloud updated on my account and when I went to my Android phone, (pixel 2xl), where the project was started on, the projects have disappeared!Now, I can see the projects appear for like, a split second on my phone, but then it disappears and my phone says "Start a new project."I don't see them on any of my connected devices.How do I fix it? Or are they gone? 

Hello Guys, can someone help me, because I finished a video on my iPhone 11.This video goes round about 3 minutes and had 127mb. So that's not really much.  The problem that I have is, that I want save the video in my gallery and for this process Im trying to render it. Everytime if I'm trying it the app shuts down. I read also some comments here, but couldn't find a good solution for this problem. I have enough more than 30gb free usable storage and my iPhone is full charged. I need your help Guys 😊

I am trying to download Premiere Rush on my Asus Zenfone 6z but it shows it is not compatible. On the adobe site, it says a minimum of Android 9 is required but I have Android 10. Someone, please help.Thanks.

I made a video with imported photos and there were all these buttons at the bottom of the work screen and I was able to put the pics where I wanted them and pin them. When I went to make a new video, all those buttons are gone. I've subscribed so I thought those came with that. Where'd they go and how do I get them back???
