Every time the playback gets to this one new part of my video at 1 minute and 34 seconds, the program freezes up and is using all of my computer's memory. It is very weird because this laggy part of the video was made with the same exact methods as previous parts of the video. I have already tried turning off cloud sync, but it didn't change anything. I'm not sure what to do about this since this part is important for my video.
When I'm attempting to render from Adobe Rush to my camera roll (so I can eventually upload videos to YouTube), I get an error message that there isn't enough storage to complete the operation. This just isn't true. I have more than 100GB on my iPad and same situation on my iPhone, and the file size is 3.2 GB. I also just added a paid subscription for 1TB of Creative cloud storage so there's more than 900 GB available there... I have tried to offload the app from my device and reinstall it, but I continue to get the same error. I'm really not sure why I'm paying for this app when it doesn't seem to work consistently... Picture of the exact error message I'm getting is attached.
File syncing with Creative Cloud is the most confusing part of Adobe Rush. I tried to sync all of my projects today, and the video clips in each project were gone! They showed up in Rush as red blocks with ! exclamation points in the middle. So where did my files go? I went into Creative Cloud, and there is nothing there. Nothing syncs with Creative Cloud. I guess I need to create a project and then delete it immediately.

A blue circle appears and stays there forever. I have unistall the program and nothing works.The other adobe programs do work, but this one doesn't.Any advice?

I. have 20. GB storage in my plan, none used, but Rush says it is full. and asks me to upgrade. I have checked my storage and there are two generic folders, no files of any kind. I started using Rush yesterday.

Hello, when is want to start Adobe Premiere Rush 1.5.29 (beta) or the normal the program freeze.I have installed all new nvidia drivers and tried everyting. What can i do?So i start the program and the i see a blue circel loading.If i start the program with the ALT key and i reset the preferences ti see the tutorial but when i press create it hangs also. I can see the text"Preparing Media".I have installed the game and studio nvidia drivers also

I'd been using Premiere Rush to edit my short film, a pop up window told me to go to home page in order to save my project and exit. The app wouldn't let me get out properly, and just hangs without responding to any command. This morning, I uninstalled/reinstalled the app thinking it would start working again, but it just hangs. Does anyone have any ideas?
Hi all. New here.I have a question... When will Unlimited Exports come to the Desktop Version of Rush like the Mobile. Mobile has had unlimited for a while now and I'd like to know if and when it will come to Desktop. Ive allways used Rush on Mobile, but after I realised that my Mobile device wasnt too good for videos over 7:00 Ive started to use The Desktop version.When will the unlimited exports come?Other than that the desktop version is great - no issues work perfectly.
I'm using the mobile version of Rush on mu iPad Pro 11. I created the project on my desktop version of Rush and imported onto my iPad from Creative Cloud. Instead of waiting for the optimized files to download to my iPad, I transferred the files and selected them from Files. For some reason audio doesn't play on my iPad. Works perfectly fine on my PC though.
Hi, I'm struggling to export a video in Rush due to the fact I think the app is using 44 Gs worth of data (from the video or something else) leaving me without any free space to export the video into photos on an iPad Pro 10.5. Are background files being created?Can you help me with this?Also, I can't see how Rush can exceed the amount of gigs when it only allows 2 Gs when using the free version?I really need to export the video for my portfolio online asap. I was in the middle of editing a video when I got a notification saying that autosave wasnt working and I had to return to the main screen and then back into my project to ensure I didnt lose anything, when in fact I lost EVERYTHING.I've been editing this video for three days on a program with no save function, but was still really really good, and I was really happy with it, but all of a sudden I've lost a project that was half done because of some stupid cloud sync that fills up before adding a single clip.I'm on the free trial, this would've been my third export, and mind you I lost everything, not just what I'd been working on today, and I cant find a solution to this anywhere.
This morning I was working in a project in adobe rush from my laptop and I didn't realize my computer (windows) was low on battery. The computer shut down because it didn't have any battery left. I plugged in the computer, turned it on, opened Rush, and my project was completely gone. No trace of it. The project was not ever synced to the cloud, but as I understand that should not matter as it auto-saves locally. Any help in recovering my project or preventing this from happening in the future would be awesome.Thanks!
I've seen a few posts with users having the same issue - but please are there any fixes to Premiere Rush crashing during every export attempt.I'm using an iPhone XR with the latest software and every time I try to export my first video with Rush it crashes during exporting and quits the app. I've tried removing the title slide and exporting at 1080 from other users advice but nothing's working. I tried opening the project on my laptop but there seems to be another issue with some of the clips as they won't port into the project either!! Can anyone or @Adobe offer some advice? Thanks!!
My rush version is 1.5.20 (build 571) and i have suddenly have problem with my audio. it is static and have distortion. I dont think my because my file because all my project dan i have editted before also got same problem when i play them back.
Audio files insdie of Rush have static. They do not have static as mp4s and do not have static when exported. Music audio sounds great/ it is only voice audio. A lot of people are having this problem and there is no solution posted here. Windows 10, most updated Rush. Also, it worked fine for project 1 today/ it began with project 2 and now both project 1 and 2 have static , only on playback inside of rush. Have cleared cache, have closed and retarted Rush. The static sounds awful/ almost to awful to continue working in Rush. This is the first time this has ever happened to me.
I have updated to Windows 10 Pro (OS Build 19041.421). I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Creative Cloud. I have deleted and reinstalled Rush multiple times. I have restarted my computer and signed in/out of my account at each step. I just recently cleared the task manager too. Nothing is working. In the CC, I choose "Open" then get this screen: then nothing happens. Please help.
9/10 I export a video and its video is half speed and audio is full speed, ive seen a few posts on this community about it already but havent seen any clear cut answers. Does anyone know the quick fix???
Right, so I installed Premiere Rush and I learrnt all of the tutorials, put in a lot of time. I'm 14 and obviosly have no income. After 3 exports, I come to know that its not actually FREE. Adobe (supposedly) patched this recently, BUT only on Mobile devices. I dont own a Mobile Device, which means that I am using the Desktop Variant. Still limited to 3 exports, i.e. NOT FREE (actually). Please patch this on Windows as well. Thank You.
