Premiere Rush

When I render a video in Adobe Premiere Rush, there is a lag between sound and picture 

I'm exporting a 10-minute video, and Rush is only using 45% of one CPU core. It's taking 16 min to render at 720p. When I'm editing the video, Rush often shows CPU usage above 600%, so I don't get it. Would love to hear some ideas. Thanks. 2019 MacBook Pro1.4Ghz, quad-core i516 MB RAM

I have creative cloud desktop for windows for Photoshop, Lightroom, Lightroom classic and Camera Raw on a monthly subscription, £9.98 .Open the Creative Cloud desktop in windows, it shows  Premier Rush as "Included with your subscription"So I installed it and went through the tour, then at the end of the tour I made 3 projects and was prompted to purchase it for and additional £9.98 month beyond what I'm already paying. I have reached a limit of 3 why?

I've been spending money on this app and I'm starting to regret it. It keeps crashing every time I try to export a video. There's enough space in my phone and I've tried all video resolutions.

I am using Adobe Rush on Android for editing my Instagram videos and I find it very annoying to use the slider on the transform tab for scale, height and width. Is tharea way to directly enter the parameters or can this feature be added in the next update.

Hi. I have a simple recorded mp4. After loading it in Rush, the preview playback jumps back and forth. Sound is ok. After render the video as is, the jumping is still there. Opening the source with Windows Media Player plays the file as it should be.I attached an example. A friend which uses Premiere Pro has the SAME issue with this file. A bug? Anyone who can assist here?

Hi, Simple question, when I share to youtube and locally save does the tool render twice? It seems to take about the same amount of time to save and share to youtube.  Rendering twice would be silly. Thanks Paul

We were using the trial version successfully for the past couple of weeks and decided to upgrade and pay for Rush but since then, video playback on the all the videos now lag and its impossible to end the videos. Rush v1.5.16OS Name Microsoft Windows 10 EnterpriseProcessor: AMD Ryzen 5 3600X 6-Core Processor, 3793 Mhz, 6 Core(s), 12 Logical Processor(s)Total Physical Memory 15.9 GBGPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti The CPU, GPU and RAM on the machine are not in anyway maxed (like I said, it was working fine before we purchased the product). We turned off sync on videos and lowered playback quality but these did not change the playback quality. We'v also tried updating Rush, restarting it and restarting the computer but none of these things worked either.

I started a lengthy project on Rush, and feel that I need to get PRO in order to use more tracks. If I upgrdae my susbcription, will my premier RUSH projects transfer to PRO?

I am getting a blue and green haze on my videos when I upload them to edit on Adobe Rush.  I have tried downloading the suggested upgrade several times from the Adobe troubleshooter section but to no avail.  Has anyone got any other suggestions as to how this can be resolved.  Thanks 

I tried uninstalling Rush and re-installing it, but that did not help. This crasshing issue is happening on all of my projects. Where should I upload the zipped files? Please advise. Pleaseeee please 

Help please! If I add video to the reel it plays fine.But when I add photos (jpg or png) - the screen goes black when the preview get to that point.It also exports as black screen. Any ideas? Windows 10Rush v1.5.12 

It says nowhere that this is only a trial version included in the Photograph plan, limited to 3 saves...

I created a project and exported it to my desktop but not it speeds up in several places that id didn't in the project. 

It just says "Your device isn't compatible with this version."  Same with PhotoShop Camera.  I would like to actually pay for and use these products.  What is the problem?

I need to use the speed feature for jpg’s but working with many at the same time. Is it possible to select all and batch the speed?

Hi there.  So Rush is not working on my iPhone.  It was great and then it just stopped loading.  I can bring it up and see all my projects but when I click on them I can't continue editing or even create new projects.  I even tried deleting a couple projects but that didn't help either.  I appreciate your help, thank you.

Hi Team, I get 'Open production failed' error when working with my latest project. I've spent a couple of hours on it & now I'm getting this error. I'm using Redmi Note 7 Pro.  Rush version : 1.5.16.3404 Note: I've already tried logging in & out multiple times and tried loading the project in a different device as well. Please help fix the issue asap. Thanks,Tevin

When I import a music file (mp3, wav) into Rush, it plays back wrong even though it plays back fine in other programs. This problem seems intermittent.

I keep trying to just get my render from my finished product but it keeps freezing when i press share

I just imported a file and it won't play in the timeline. When I added it the file does not have any wave form. If I play the file in the folder before I import it into Rush it does play. What am I doing wrong?
