Premiere Rush

Today the app keeps crashing. First time I've had this issue. First, I would open the app, open a project, delete a video clip from the timeline, and then it would crash. Then it would crash right when opening a project. Now the app is crashing immediately after opening the app, before I even open a project.  Macbook Pro (13-inch, 2017)mac OS catalina 10.15.416 gb memory 40 gb free hard drive space  edit: Rush verion 1.15.12 (most recent) I have restarted the computer. Uninstalled Rush then reinstalled. I was able to start a new project, but then it crashed. Now I cannot work in that project either because it crashes.  EDIT: I went back to previous version to finish my project for now. Works fine. Issue seems to be with the update.

Rush is repeatedly crashing early in creating a project.  Sometimes it crashes while simply opening a folder to import files; sometimes it happens while trying to import; sometimes it loads up just fine but freezes the moment I try to playback the video. I am running v 1.5.12 and am including some of my system info below (I was not sure what would be necessary here so just copied/pasted a bunch of it). Everything was working just fine even a couple days ago.  I was importing, editing, sharing--all was well.  Yesterday, I tried to use the program again and it took a few attempts to get everything to work but it did start working and I assumed it was a temporary issue.  Today, it is 100% failure rate. This is incredibly frustrating when I'm supposed to be working on a timeline.  Any input is appreciated. ****************************************** OS Name Microsoft Windows 10 HomeVersion 10.0.18362 Build 18362Other OS Description Not Avail

Hi!I'm having problems with Adobe Premiere Rush. I just started the free trial and worked with the one-minute tutorial. Even with the clips within Adobe Rush the program crashes while importing the files into the new project. I have the 1.5 version running on a brand new laptop Lenovo IdeaPad 330 (i7, 8 gb ram, geforce gtx 1050, 256 gb ssd).Can someone help me? 🙂

I am looking for a karaoke template that I can install and will work with Premier Rush. Does anyone have a suggestion? Thanks!

Hi, I created a 16-minute video on Premiere Rush in Windows 10 and although I’ve worked on it over several weeks and exported it previously, I now can’t enter the project from the home screen (when I click on the project the screen goes gray and then comes back to the home screen). I have other projects and I can enter and edit those without issues. I really need to make a few changes to this particular video for an important project and export. Does anyone know why this would be happening and what I can do to rectify the issue? As a last resort, is there a way I can extract the latest edited version of the sequence from somewhere so that I can work on it elsewhere? TIA (BTW I have checked and all apps are up-to-date and my PC specs meet requirements – and as I said above, other projects still work fine. I’ve also restarted my PC several times, fully logged out of Adobe apps and logged back in)

I have a huge project that is due in exactly one day and twelve hours. I finished my 3 minute 40 second video that includes videos, photos, transitions, voiceovers, and one soundtrack. However, upon exporting, the app crashes while rendering. I had someone warm me of this prior, so I had previously tried exporting my project when it was halfway done, about 1 minute 50 seconds in, and it worked fine. I am completely clueless about why this is acting up in this way. This is the only project I have as this is the first time I used the app, I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting to my internet, as well as completely restarting on my iPad Pro. When I try exporting from my desktop, not only are parts of the presentation listed as "missing" with a red exclamation point, it also crashes. I need a solution to this, and quick!

Hey, I created a 14 minute video montage on the Adobe Premiere Rush app on my Iphone. I extracted and downloaded the video out of the app and onto my phone. I downloaded it onto my icloud and its been 1 month or so since I did. Now I went to watch the video and it is deleted from everywhere and when I go back onto the app and click on the video there. All it does it load, it doesn't let me look at or edit the video or anything. Any suggestions of how/where I could find the extracted/downloaded video or how I can get back into working on and re-download the video from the app? Thanks 

初心者です。別のシーケンスではタイトル編集できていました。タイムラインにテンプレートをドラックしてタイムライン上には入れられますが、画面が真っ黒なままで文字の編集ができません。動画再生するとその部分が反映され黒い状態です。動画は３０分程です。一度パソコンを消し再起動などしましたが同じ状態です。どのように解決できますでしょうか？先ほど、PremiereProの方に質問してしまいました。

Audio has been distorted and randomly jumping for a while now, takes me an age to sort but I have a work around that eventually works.   Now error code 3 on trying to export a 1 minute video, with nothing to click for advice on how to sort it or what it even means.    Anyone have any ideas?!   Up to date version installed.   For the amount of issues for what should be such a simple programme, adobe Rush is not worth 10p let alone £110 a year. Inshot on mobile that was 9 quid works better (shaming!)

Application freezes when I am trying to share/save video. I had to go to previous version in order to get it to work.  Wasted time. 

iPad version: 1.5.12(898)iphone version 1.512(898) both for new project report the same error. No other information appears in the pop up box. Yesterday was able to export using old version

I'm using the latest version of Rush on both my iphone 7 and my PC. This is infuriating as I am paying for this and can't even use it. I get 85% of the way through rendering on my phone and it freezes. So I synced the video to adobe creative cloud, so I could try rendering on my PC. The project shows up on my pc, but when I open it, the clips are red with an exclamation point in the center. I have plenty of space in my creative cloud, on my phone and on my PC, so it isn't a space issue. At this point, I just want to render a simple 11 minute video but can't solve my problems on my phone or my computer.I've tried the following:-restarting my phone-turning sync off and back on again-restarting my computer-signing out and back into adobe-changing the frame rate of the video render from automatic to 1080p which is what my iphone recorded the video in Nothing works, and I'm getting really pissed off that I'm paying for something that doesn't work. 

So Premiere Rush is not updating on my  PC. Its telling me to save and close my work when i already have. Alos only recently it has been experiencing problems uploading to youtube. I thought getting all the updates could help but i cant even accomplish that. Any ideas or similar experiences? 

Hi, I have two clips from the same camera. I have changed the aspect ratio to Square on both of them but only one is square. The second one, even though it claims to be square, remains landscape. Anybody know what might be wrong? Thanks!  

Hi all, unfortunately the school where I work only purchased the basic plan for Adobe CC so I do not have access to any of the Adobe Stock transitions or titles for Rush and what is offered in the basic plan is very limited. Does anyone know if there are any sites where I can download (for free) different transitions and titles that are compatible with Rush? Thanks!

Hello! I really do love this app and ive used to make my first video for youtube but now after the update my title texts wont show up. When i click to add and edit a title it just puts a solid black bar over the whole video. I even went to re-edit my first video and the same thing happened. I can edit and hear EVERYTHING else, except when i add texts to my video to subtitle it, can someone please help. Im using the windows version. Also next to some of the title animation selections there is a little yellow exclamation point. I literally just started a subscription and would hate to have to already cancel over this. Someone please give some help.

I go to import regular, high quality and frame rate videos, and it comes out all pixely and zoomed out, zooming in only makes it more pixely on every single device i try it on. Ive got to get a video to a guy very soon. Very frustrating! I attached what it looks like. Please help.

Hi, I would like to report my Premier Rush downloaded on my Iphone XS. I'm already done with my video edit but when I'm exporting it to my device it crashed even I changed the quality settings to all its option. Hello,    I have been trying to render a video for the last few hours. I am working on an iPhone 11 Pro Max. I am using Rush version: 1.2.10(885) Media files: MOV 1080P 60fps The app keeps crashing every time I attempt to render, I have deleted all effects, pop-up images etc that I had previously on the timeline. There is only video and music files now. I have attempted this on my phone several times.    I attempted to render on my computer and still application crashed and recvied this message: I fixed the issues (mentioned below) yet video was still not able to render.    I kept recevied  message that read: "Error Compiling Movie Software render error Software effect returned error.   Writing with exporter: H.264 Writing to file: \\?\C:\Users|Daniel\Documents\Vlog#2.mp4 Wrtiting file type: H264 Around time: 00:04:02-00:04:46:06 (this was a text tile I have already deleted)  Rendering Effect: AE.ADBE Text Component text of type AEVideoFilte
