Premiere Rush

Hi there,I am considering buying a license for Premiere Rush but I can't figure out how to export my video in square and tall format.I have made a video and edited it in square orientation. But once I export it, I get two black blocks on each side of my square. So it is really just a traditional wide format. I can't seem to find anywhere where it is explained how to export the movie in 1:1.Can you help me?Jakob

My students and I have been able to download Adobe Premiere Rush on our smartphones and use our Google account credentials to log in.  Our school system pays for CC licenses. The app says we only have 3 exports.  Is this true?  My plan was for my students to film and edit with one device...their phones because everyone does not have a home computer.

I have two Adobe email sign-ins (one for each company I work for, one being a subset of another). I mistakenly created my first video under one name using the Free Rush version. I have now upgraded to the paid version of Rush (using my other e-mail)... ugh! Can i share the video I created as one user with the other user account? Can't find an "open file" in the drop down menu! When i click on the file in explorer, there is no option to open with Rush.

I have subscribed to the Premiere Rush and tried to export the project 2mints into my device but it says I have reached my export limit. However, I have deleted all projects on my cloud so it is not supposed to be limited. Anyone can help with this?

Hello, Does anyone know how to import WebM video files to Premiere Rush app on my Iphone? 

-1609760768   Clip is 16 seconds long. I wish to export in 1080p. Tried on two different devices now, one being a standard laptop and then now my desktop that should be better prepared for this type of work.    I use premiere pro usually or imovie but downloaded rush for my partner who finds its easier. any tips on how to get it rendering?    The time stamp says the problem is at 16 seconds.    Edit: it will export/ render at 720p. I have put high-resolution image & subtitle provided by Premier Rush.It looks fine when the video is paused, it gets worse once played though.Is there any way to solve this problem? Or is it a temporary error which disappears when exported?I'm working on it with the desktop. 

Why support from my resmi  k20 pro device has been drawn out in spite of it having lattest Snapdragon 855 processor and Android 10 

I tried to download rush in google playstore, but it seems that it is not compatible, and I tried to search for an apk file but still not working. And after that I tried to search its system requirements and it only says that you need an android version 9.0, and my phone version is also 9 but it doesn't work. 

Audio works fine on my video tracks but craps out for audio on other tracks. Just obnoxious clicking.   Windows 10 1909 AMD FX-8370 CPU 16 GB DDR3 RAM NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 GPU Premiere Rush 1.5.2 (issue existed on prev. version as well)   Drivers are all up-to-date.     UPDATE: Audio is fine when exported. The issue only exists in Rush.

Lately whenever I create a project on my phone it goes through the full syncing cycle and then I get a red exclamation mark and it says some media is missing 😞 As a result I can't finish the project on my laptop which is my usual workflow.  Usually it eventually syncs, but it is really frustrating and it just takes forever and eventually randomly seems decide the sync has worked.  Is anyone else having this problem?

Hi all, I have just updated to the latest Samsung version of Rush, I used to be able to import as many jpeg photos into my timeline as I wanted. Now I get the error "Unable to import media" when I try to import more than 2 jpegs. Can this be fixed please. Cheers,Peter.

Hi,When trying to export my newly created video to Facebook I'm getting the following message: You've previously linked Adobe Media Encoder to FacebookWould you like to continue with your previous settings?Button: Edit settingsButton: Continue as David Marín The issue is that none of the buttons are working. I click them and they don't respond. The message box is freezed and I can't do anything, therefore I can't export directly to Facebook. Could somebody please help me? I have had this issue for weeks.Thanks,David

Can I get full access to Rush on a creative cloud pro account or only the individual 3 uploads? 

I downloaded Rush to my Samsung Note 8 a few days ago. It was working fine. Made the tutorial video. No problems. So I started a project with four or five video clips. I made many edits and the phone turned off a few times as I got distracted with other thinhs. No problems. Project was done. Left and opened the app later, both projects were there. Gave the project a name and closed app. Now a few days later I open the app and neither projects show up. Just a spinning blue wheel. I have restarted my phone, and restarted the app, same thing. I hope I haven't lost the project. I spent a few hours on it. Even the tutorial project is not showing up. I did not sync anything to my laptop yet. Thank you for your help. 

Is Premiere Rush available on LG v50?If not, when will the installation be available?

There appears to be some sort of compatibility issue between iPhone .mov (HEVC 264 or 265) and Adobe Premiere Rush for Windows.  Whether we record them in the Rush app, in the Camera app, or even if we toggle the iPhone between High Efficiency (HEVC 265) and Most Compatible (HEVC 264), videos synced from the iPhone to the Adobe Cloud do not play back in Adobe Premiere Rush without issues in the Windows-based application.  We have scoured the Internet for options and, outside of converting the files between iPhone and PC, nothing seems to work.  Although Adobe Rush Premiere is our top choice product, converting is unrealistc and timeconsuming for our needs.   Note - This is not a PC performance issue.  The comptuer has 8GB of RAM, and i5 processor, and SSD HD.  This should be more than sufficient for rending video clips.  Additionally, the video clips play back without issue in the native Windows-based player.   Please adv

I have created a 30 minute clip and paying for premium. When it uploads and ready to share it's only 9 minutes worth of content. What is happening?

Hello! I just edited a video clip and i'm supposed to have that all ready and send that to my client on Monday. Suddenly the app keeps crashing and i'm not able to download it. So i bought the app thinking that might be the reason and why not because i'm going to use it anyways. well I would love to have my money back if this thing does not work or if there is a way to fix this problem. Thank you very much. 

not happy things were not saved and opened in PP had to essentially start over,things need to work smoothly now just a time drain and waste.
