Hey, I would like to start a discussion: Why is there only one Premiere Pro Forum for everything and every language? To me this makes no sense? At least we could have like: englishspanisch chinese as main languages. What about sorting MacPc out , that would help a lot! I don´t have the same problems than someone with a dell computer and windows 10, or do I ? Then there are different tasks: 101 for people that are new Editing Effects/GraphicsAudio CC Sorting by purpose: Image VideoSocial Media DocumentaryMusic VideosMulticam ProductionsLive There are people that edit film in premiere mabe its nice to have this sorted because it demands different skills and workflows And maybe the people that collaborate with other people are the next groupthat has special needs (like TEAM USER ) I don´t know....What about the other people here? seem
Is there a site where there is free epic music for commercial video? I need music where I don't have to worry about whether I can use it for a project. I have to be allowed to do everything with the music.
I feel like a time traveler trying to create ancient media for ancient clients. Thanks Adobe for completly trashing ?" Are you insane! That was a decade ago. Mistakenly trusted the cloud and my $52 per month subscription for all Adobe software. Yes I knew it wasn't updated or supported. Yes I thought this was incredibly ignorant as billions of people own DVD and BluRay players and enjoy watching this media with a remote control button. I didn't count on Adobe delteing it and then refusing to provide me with the program to reinstall. They provided me a trial of Ppro 6 or somethning which had it bundled. It worked for awhile. And nd then it didn't. and now theres not way to get it to work on Catalina. Super!! So. When I figure my move to Vegas or DeVinci it will be bye bye jerk faces at Adobe for $52 a month!!! Mod note: Title changed to reflect actual issue
Just received an email from Adobe saying that I have earned not one but three separate Badges for my Contributions. This is rather odd but not when it is Adobe, since I retired five years ago and since then I have posted very little. i do note from occasional none contributary visits that ptobkems still abound, so why not save yourself some cash and migrate over to Da Vinci Resolve which I did and use most of the time now. The plus side is that I still occasionally use Premiere 5.5 and as I have never subscribed to Premiere CC which is £20 per month here in the UK I am well in pocket with saved subscription costs. good luck
Hi All, I'm putting together some online courses that I plan to sell. I've purchased the licensing for stock and read the agreements, but I can't find a place that says if it's okay to use licensed images in the sale of online courses. Does anyone have any experience in this?
Well I've been using Adobe's much adorned 'Premiere Pro CC' and have to say I can't wait to get back to using Apple's Final Cut X. I downloaded the trial version of this to my Mac Book Pro to help an organisation who happen to be working with PP - they've had no end of tech issues with this programme. Overall, I'm finding it slow and 'clunky' I hate the continual rendering procedure. It lags when playing any high-res material. I appreciate this is a program used extensivly in film/television but for the life of me, why are there so many ways of performing the same task. I'll be removing the trial from my Mac Book Pro and Imac - FCX is so straightforward in comparison, performs exactly the way I want it to and renders in the background, making work much quicker. Sorry Adobe, I think the CC package is over-priced.

I have just noticed this in the BBC delivery spec when using UHD footage: For images acquired at 50 frames a second vision mixer cuts and edits shall occur so that the startof the first frame of the progressive video pair is aligned to the start of the first (upper) field of aninterlace video signal as defined by SMPTE ST2051. I presume this is to cope with converting to interlaced HD. Does this mean at 50 FPS we should only edit on every other frame? ( a bit like the field sequence on quadraplex VTRS for those of you old enough to remember!)
I've been using Adobe for years including Captivate, Photoshop , and Premiere. I have a fantastic laptop with quad core and enough RAM I shouldnt have to struggle EVERY SINGLE TIME I EDIT A VIDEO. The lag time is horrible. It stutters and audio plays along while video is stuck in a repeating loop. Actually, I've had this issue with Premiere on my past 2 laptops. I just can't take it any more. Adobe has forced my hand and I'm going today to purchase a Mac with Final Cut. I've read forums where the same issues I've just laid out are being experienced on the Mac OS as well. I refuse to pay yearly ad infinitum for software that makes me want to scream every time I use it. I just came to say my peace even if just 1 person sitting in a coffin-sized cubicle at Adobe reads it

Hi all, Does anyone know where I can buy JUST the little switch for the video mic pro? See attached photo. It came off and I lost it and I don't want to pay $200 for a brand new mircophone just to get a new switch. I thought eBay or Craigslist but I haven't found much. Thanks.

Hi,I've started working as a professional video editor a long time ago. I did Avid Media Composer, Avid Xpress, Media 100, Grass Valley Edius, Newtek SpeedEdit, Apple FinalCut Pro, you name it. I know most regedit/gfx optimisation/cache optimisation tricks. Now with Adobe I've started 23 years ago with Premiere 4.2. Yes, it was instable from time to time then. But! From all the systems, only Adobe Premiere remains unstable and crashing a lot, even now in 2019 with version 13.1.5. So please Adobe (this is the kind part). Don't come to me with some invalid reason that it has to do with the hardware. I use up-to-date professional HP/Dell/Asus equipment nowadays. I run different setups, but nothing special than your average user. I tweaked all settings on different systems. There's only one explanation, which I can trustfully conform and hopefully will be recognized by the complete user community: your software is written bad. I cannot bring this more kind or respectful (I appologize

like why the f is this software $239.88 PER YEAR. like no wonders why people pirate your product, its f ing overpriced. like it should be at most $200 and a one time payment, and then you'd prob get more people to actually buy it
I've been working for this company for about a year now. I do work all around the office and now we have a scheduled cycle of who's going to edit videos(since they taught me the basics) just to bring out some different twist on our YouTube channel. Here's a sample video that I worked on a while ago for your trolling pleasure. I want to know what other add-ons should we purchase to improve the quality of our content. I'd truly appreciate your feedback!
