We need to distribute Acrobat Reader in our company. I applied for distribution license at https://www.adobe.com/acrobat/pdf-reader/volume-distribution.html?readstep ; there was confirmation page saying that I would receive response in 3 days, but none came.I see that I can download the installation from https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/ , but it's 32-bit installation, and I need 64-bit. If I understand correctly, that installation media is given upon license approval.

I'm so frustrated with panning and zooming in Acrobad Pro.  I have the hand tool selected but every time I try to pan or zoom it selects a blue background or somthing else.  Why can Adobe improve the pan and zoom experiance in Acrobat pro??? This is soooooooo frustruating!!!!

Hi i dont really know how to explain what is happening, i will attach a photo. I was able to edit my invite as normal but then all of a sudden when i got back into it and clicked on it to edit it some more it did this. Everything turns black the writing is un readable, i can still edit it but I cant see what i am writing. I can still save my invite and it looks like it normally should. I have attached a copy of what the invite is meant to look like also.I have deleted and reinstalled the program twice, i have made sure its the latest version. I have restarted my computer. I have redownloaded my template and uploaded it to adobe again. Please help!!!!Thanks

Hello,I just wanted to confirm with anyone what an Adobe sales representative told me over the phone, that is that Adobe Pro will no longer have the adobe sign feature included ending sometime this year. This man did not put it in writing and didn't give me a definate date. This is dissapointing since I needed to buy a bulk of licenses for the organization I work for.TIA

Hello, I have a problem with Adobe Reader DC (the latest version).The login window appears and disappears in Adobe Reader DC when logged in to Creative Cloud.Creative Cloud is up to date.

We have a third party e-signature solution creating PDF/A documents with certificate containing personal data attached. In some cases we publish these documents on our external web and do not want to show the personal data (name, etc) of the persons signing. We initially solved this by making a copy with "Print to PDF", however this also removed other meta data e.g. the indexing in the TOC, which is very useful in large documents.Is there a way of removing or covering only the personal data in the certificate, keeping the indexing in the TOC?Thanks in advance,Peter

When attempting to print duplex (double-sided) on my HP Photosmart 2600 series printer (which does not have a duplex printing feature) from my workstation running Windows 10 Pro 21H1, I found the Print double-sided item in the Adobe Support Community to be helpful. Scroll about 2/3s of the way to the bottom of the page or search for the heading "Print double-sided using a single-sided printer". Pages exit my HP Photosmart 2600 printed side up. There is no stacker or collator, so the last page printed ends up on top. When I print a multi-page document from Acrobat, pages are printed in reverse order, so that the first page ends up on top when a document is printed simplex (not duplex). That's convenient, but please note that this behavior (printing last page first) can seem perverse when attempting to manually print a document duplex. In particular, the 'Reverse pages' checkbox in the Acrobat Print window perversely causes pages to be printed in the correct (ie, not the revers

Hi,I have a very frustrating daily problem using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC on a Windows 10 PC.All documents are displayed just fine, but after some hours - typically the next day - parts of pages or whole pages of opened documents are blank and an error message dialog like "Problem reading document (109)" or "There was an error reading a stream" or "Insufficient data for an image" pops up. Why not just open the document again? And why throw away the document in the first place?This happens with documents on my network where it's easily reproduced, but I'm not sure if I've experienced it with local files. There seems to be no problems with the network otherwise, I've never seen it glitch or act sluggish or or disappear or anything.Every day when the problem hits me I have to close the documents and open them again, which is super tedious in the new Home/Recent menu and the new worsified Search field. Only one document can be opened at a time, even if many can be selected with the checkbox

Hello together,my problem occurs when I try to open a PDF file, which was send to me via email. The Acrobat Reader shows the following: Error processing a page. Problem reading document (18).If I click on "ok" I can scroll throught the file but half of the pages are empty.Does someone know why? What does error 18 mean?Thank you in advance.

Hello! I have an ACSM file, recently downloaded, and I used Adobe Digital Editions to download its content, so I got the PDF file protected by DRM. I can read it using the ADE programme, but if I try to open it by clicking twice on it, I get the following message (roughly translated into English): "Error opening the document. The plug-in needed to run this command is not available". I'm using Adobe Acrobat DC (64-bit) 21.011.20039 and Adobe Digital Editions 4.5.11 in Windows 11 64 bits. Any ideas? What am I missing? Photoshop won't let me do anything at all. Whenever I try to click on anything within the tab it just makes this weird sound. I also can't click on any buttons. Whenever I try to quit the app it doesn't work. I can't move the tab around or close it. All of the drop-down options on the menu bar are grey (implying that I can't click on them). It's acting as if there's another photoshop notification open but there's none. I can't go back to the home screen or open a new file. I literally can't do anything. I can't even close the app.

I have a Dell laptop that I recently updated from Windows 10 to Windows 11.  The reader version that I have installed is Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Continuous Version 2021.011.20039 | 64 bit.  If I have a pdf document open and I try to print using either control-p or select the print file icon I do not get any print dialog box and the document closes.  I have removed and reinstalled several times with no change.  I would really like to know if this is something unique to my machine or if others have had a similar problem and found a fix.  My workaround is to use a program such as PDF Pro but why should I have to buy something as a workaround when printing from Adobe used to work.   

Hello, I have been looking around for a while, but it doesn't seem anyone else has encountered my specific issue. Using acrobat, when trying to copy and paste (and also convert), Japanese vertical pages come out nearly perfect, however punctuation always comes out to symbols, numbers or exclamation points. I'm not sure why this happens, and haven't been able to find a work around for it. Here are the punctuation in general:  「　」、。etc. I'm using windowsI have attatched the PDF.

Hello All,I am currently running Adobe Reader 2019.008.20080 and it seems over the last few updates I have lost some of the page control options for zooming. On one computer i have the standard but on my other computer the plus/minus/zoom percentage drop down. have all been reduced to a sub-dropdown menu which adds a lot of time to click this drop down every time i want to zoom in or out. Is there a way to modify the page control menu to show which options i want to include?I have researched this and have tried the following;     -undocking and redocking this tool bar. (Having it undocked blocks too much screen real estate, so i would prefer to keep this docked at the top)          -resetting toolbars     -looked through the various preference optionsI know you used to be able to completely customize certain tool bars, but i can't seem to find this functionality anymore.Any help would be greatly appreciate

HiToday my Adobe Reader DC was updated on my mac and on my pc by  version 2019.010.20099.My 3D PDFs do not work anymore on pc and mac, the textures are not displayed anymore on the 3D models.I have looked the javascript console and all images are null.Can you please check this behaviour ?Can we get a link to donwload the previous version while this version will be fixed ?

Hi there,I've recently noticed that an application called "logtransport2.exe" takes up a lot of my computer's cpu.I have manually ended the task several times, but it keeps returning when I start an adobe application and it keeps running even when I have quited all abobe applications. It is very annoying and I want to permanently disable it. How is that possible?Thanks

Hello,Request: I did get a request to make Adobe acrobat reader updates automatic in our environment.Issue: ARM service is Enabled and working properly, but for some users when Acrobat updates they get a Pop-up notifications about it like in attached pic. Desired solution: to get rid of these notifications as they arent event permanent, more like intermittent, because sometimes they appear and some tome dont. I could not find any options or registries to make sure these notifications are of. Does anyone know if that's event possible and how to do that ?

Hola, tengo el ejecutable de adobe reader descargado desde la página web de adobe, y a la hora de instalarlo me dice que se ha instalado pero cuando se abre la web de adobe me pone que no se ha instalado correctamente, y no está en la lista de programas instalados, ya me ha pasado muchas veces aunque al final si consigo instalarlo pero en este caso no.

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC version 2020. 013. 20074Every time I sign in my adobe account I can find the Document Cloud option on the left side of the window, but it disappears after I close and open it again, only 'My computer' and 'Add an account' are available in Files. It  emerges again after I log out, close, and resign in my account. Anyone who can help me with this? 

I've been searching all day to find the installer for Adobe reader 2017 and I've been unsuccessfull. does anyone have the url to the correct version of reader i'm looking, or a saved installer of reader 2017 that they can send over to me. either would be great.

Is it possible to dowload the last reader version that is NOT DC ?  Every link I have followed appears to access only reader DC, which I DISLIKE for many reasons.

Can anyone please advise a fix for this issue? When I open a pdf file with adobe reader, it opens for about 10 seconds and then closes. I have googled fixes and the one that seems to fix most is to locate the Eula files and install a certificate but this doesn't work in my case.I have done a full removal and uses the adobe clean-up tool to ensure all traces are gone, then done a new download and reinstall, but this also has not fixed the problem.

Hello,I'm using Windows 11.  I cannot print from Adobe Reader.  I have no problems printing anything else on my computer. I already spent 2 days with multiple tech support people for my printer, and they all said it was Adobe.Can someone help?
