Recently, after the suggestion of my friend I started using QuickBooks for the management of my day-to-day account. But, during the installation, I got some errors. I use my personal Adobe Pro account for my work. I have a Macbook Air that the extension works perfectly on, and I'm able to edit PDFs within the browser; however, on my iMac desktop, which is my primary work computer, I can't get the extension to allow me to edit documents. The only thing I can do on the desktop within Chrome is choose whether an icon is displayed that allows the document to be opened in the Adobe desktop app. Below, I've attached a screenshot of what options are displayed when I click the extension icon on the desktop. Chrome, Adobe apps, and the Adobe extension are all fully updated; the only difference is that the laptop is running the most recent OSX, Monterey, and the desktop is like a month too old to be able to run the new one, so it's still on Big Sur. 

I am on Windows 10 and own an old Acrobat Writer 9 Standard. It appears that due to an update on Acrobat DC, my Writer was removed. So I deleted DC and reinstalled my Writer. Then tried to download DC again, but it now clearly asks to remove all old versions. Now I have to work on the old Writer and cannot run DC in parallel. Is there a way around it? DC is current and preferable, and probably required on some websites, but I don't want to loose my Writer, for which I paid a lot of money years ago. Can I go back to an older DC version? Any other suggestions? Thanks.

First things first I'm running Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Version 2021.007.20099 So I've got a User that's trying to look at the comments and when you go to expand, nothing. Just says highlighted comment. I've done the Repair Installation, no joy from that. Is there someone that's resolved this issue before?Regards,Robert  

I'm content with my printer. But now it refuses to print black. I've done a lot. Now I would like to change black text in PDF's in any colour. So I would like to change the colour of all text in a document. I'm not experienced in Acrobat Reader; I tried but didn't succeed. Can anyone help me ?

Hello, I am a graduate student and tried to install the Creative Cloud using my academic login as suggested by my University.  Unfortunately, as I am an online graduate student, I was subsequently told that I probably would not be able to access the Creative Cloud because I was not using the University's servers.  I uninstalled the Creative Cloud program and used the Adobe Acrobat Cleaner tool to remove the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC version that was unsuccessfully associated with my University account.  Unfortunately, when I reinstalled Adobe Acrobat DC and tried to log in with my personal account, I received an "Access Denied" error, as displayed in the attached screenshot.  This error persists even when I click on the "sign in with an Adobe ID" and input my persona;l account credentials.  I need guidance on correcting this error to allow me to log in to Adobe Acrobat Reader DC with my personal account.  Any assistance would be appreciated!

One of our customers from Austria uses Adobe Reader DC v2021.001.20155 on a Citrix Environment. She reports that some PDF's which are printed with her redirected printer HP Laserjet Enterprise 500 M551 not get printed completely. Some lines and signatures are missing on the printout.This issue does only appear in Citrix with Adobe Reader DC. When she uses other applications like PDF XChange or Google Chrome or do the print from her local computer the printout is complete. As a workaround she can use the option "print as image" in the advanced options. It also works when she select an other printer.Is this a known issue and can be fixed somehow? 

Can I install Adobe Reader using Mac Monterey OS

Es muy molesto, reinicié mi portatil varias veces, actualicé a la última versión y continúa el error. Ya es estresante estar haciendo tareas y estudiando, pero al ver el funcionamiento de Adobe Reader me estresa aún más.

I use Chrome to download my daily newspaper.  The download shows progress.  In the progress box, I must select "open when done" every time I download.  Is there a way to make the selection permanent?   Thank you

I am unable to open, unshared or delete a previously shared pdf file. There's a notification on the adobe app icon that requires action. When attempting any of those three request I received a message to try later. T

I would like to add custom margins (adding white space) to all sides:Top: 0.605, Bottom: 0.605, Left: 0.57, Right: 0.57such that the page size becomes 6.14" x 9.21" . Is it possible to do so with Acrobat DC without scaling the content such that custom white space of specified mesaurement is added to all sides? Shall be grateful if anyone could helpin this regard.Thanks & Regards,Aman   

Hi everybody,we have many pdf files, where we added a custom Link to our dms. The link looks like: "d3://d3explorer/idlist=GP01967690". In Word and other applications like different browsers, we can open this links. Only in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC we can't open this links. At the first click on the link, we get a security warning. Then we press "accept" and the "website" is listed in the known and accepted websites. But we can still not open the custom link.Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Version: 21.007.20091 With the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC we can open this links. But we wont buy licenses for 1700 peoples. So we need a solution for the Reader. Tanks for all you help! RegardsJonas

Hello,Am unable to upload a bank statement, it gives me the error that the file is password protected, even though it isn't. July to Decemeber, all statements I am able to upload easily except for the September statement. File propoerties do not show any password protection too, please can someone help resolve? ThanksDanny

My PDF documents won't print I get the message "Impossible to print" then "no pages selected". I can print the same documents from Chrome, though.  What is the problem?

German:Hallo zusammen, ich habe eine PDF Datei mit über 80 berechnenden Feldern. Diese habe ich ganz normal mit den Formularoptionen "Berechnen" eingestellt. Jetzt möchte Adobe aber nach jedem Feldwechsel alle 80 Felder aktualisieren und berechnen. Das macht die gesamte PDF Datei sehr langsam. Meine Idee war jetzt die Berechnungen direkt am Anfang zu stoppen und zwar solange, bis ein Button am Ende der PDF geklickt wurde auf dem "Berechnen" steht. I am trying to search for a key word in a document.  (The word is "contact".  Without the quotes.)Reader will search, list all the instances it finds of the word "contact" and immediately seize up and force a shut down.I get the following error message:" Acrobat Reader DC has stopped working"   and "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.  Windows will notify you if a solution is available"I have tried downloading the latest version of Reader (apparently my version IS the latest).I went into help and checked for updates, no updates.I am using Windows 10, with an i7 processor that is about 2 years old.Restarting the computer makes absolutely no difference.This is seriously affecting me.

I have several documents I use all the time for patients.  With in the last couple months my documents freeze and quit when I'm using fill and sign.  I tried adobe cleaner, uninstalled, reinstalled. looking on the forums and can't find a solution. I got it to work by typing the patient information in a word document and copy and pasting to the fill and sign blocks, but this is not what I want to do.

Hello,I'm using Acrobat Pro DC (university install). Everytime I launch the search engine (using ctrl F) it takes a VERY long time to load (around one minute). The app also becomes unresponsive during that time and may even crash (if I become impatient and start clicking to "wake it" 🙂 ).Once it has loaded it works flawlessly and lightening fast, but loading and waiting is a real pain.So what's wrong with my install?(running updated W10Pro on a high-end computer only 2 months old, with no other issue)Thanks!Alain

My Adobe Acrobat Reader DC kept crashing so I decided to update my OS on Mac (to Catalina), uninstall Adobe, reinstalled it - and it just keeps crashing. Any ideas of what I can do to get it operating on my Mac again?!
