Hi, I do not have a paid subscription to Adobe but I have always been able to open PDFs, view them, save them etc. But never edit them. However from today, when i go to open a PDF document I get a box pop up asking me to sign in, I then sign in, and it gives me 3 options 'buy now', 'license this software' and 'start trial'.Does this mean you are no longer able to even open files anymore without having a paid subsciption ?I am using windows on a laptop. Thanks in advance. 

Trying to figure out why my desktop version of DC Pro no longer has access to the tools such as edit, organize pages etc. I still ahve access to these using the online version but I'd rather not upload all of my files. I use to have all tools available on my desktop version then one day they vanished. They are not under the "More Tools" option either. On a work computer so can't download / uninstall on my own. 

I just found that in the pdf file generated by LaTex, the fractional line in math equations can not be displayed normally. Does anybody know how to fix it? Is this a bug?

I have no idea how to make Adobe work.  I have to open fillable forms through a government portal and this worked well before I bought this....now nothing works! 

Can someone please tell me why this PDF won't print using Acrobat Reader on some Windows 10 machines? These have been printing using all versions of Reader for 5-6 years on hundreds of PCs. I have attached a sample PDF and PreFlight report. The file is rendered accurately but won't print. On some computers it looks like it was sent to the print spooler, but nothing prints. Some users report that it prints blank pages. (The form is created in HP PCL including the data fields and then converted to PDF.) Thank you for any help. 

Hi. We have got problem with Adobe Acrobat Reader. On some computers and some documnets in .pdf open in Reader is wrong font. Some letters are in uknown symbols. When is font in Bolt it's OK. Whne it's normal font it's incorect letter. In Final text is unreadable. Whats wrong? Thank you   

Hello, Just would like to ask for help. What coulbe be an issue with printing pdf file where are accurate dimensions of printed object. But the object is being printed smaller and smaller frompage to page. The diffrence is about 0,5mm but it is recognizable.Thank you so much for any advice!

Hi, sometimes some tabs appears blank without title: What can i do ?I just try to reinstall, to reboot pc, to make updates (Windows and Adobe) but nothing. Please help

I'm filling out a form with several checkboxes with No, Yes, N/A options in dropdown list. When I check one of these options, all the other boxes change to the same. They appear to have been linked by the document author within this group of questions. How do I as the user work around this to select the various options independently?  When I hover the mouse over this group of questions, a resizable box appears which incorporates this group.

I installed Big Sur on my MacBook Pro a few weeks ago. Generally no problems - I work from home as an editor, easily open PDFs in Preview (which I know is not an Adobe product). Just tried to open a family-history document that I spent hours and hours scanning a few years ago - it says "The file "Jim & Carol Donnelly history book.pdf" couldn't be opened because there is no such file."  Why would all the other PDFs I work with be openable, but not this one? I also logged into my icloud.com account - still no luck opening it from there. I am ready to cry or lose my mind, thinking of what all may have been vaporized when I upgraded to Big Sur. (Which I had to do, in order to sync with a new printer.)  Thanks for any help anyone can provide. 

Hi. We would appreciate any help. We have followed instructions to download Adobe but are still unable to see relevant files. The system check is still saying we need to download. Adobe is downloaded.any advice would be appreciated jd

Since having to reinstall the OS on my macbook pro, Adobe Reader stopped working altogether. Downloading all software and system updates didn't seem to fix it. Is this a know issue by any chance?For reference, here's the specs: OS is macOS Catalina version 10.15. , the device is 2018 Macbook Pro. (I need it for work ASAP, so any advice will be welcome!). 

Can some one please help me?? I have installed Adobe 8 Reader and still can not open my docs.  I am using a MacBooor Air.

When printing a pdf file opened using Acrobat Reader DC, the lines came out wrong. My pdf file has dotted lines and straight lines (both line weights are at point 0.5), but after I print them, both the dotted and straight lines become thick and bold, as if the line weights have become point 2 or something, it no longer reflects the original design. I tested this on a different computer using Acrobat Reader DC, same thing, wrong lines.I tried opening the same file on Microsoft Edge and print from there; the designs came out correct, no issues.My version of Reader DC installed is  21.001.20145. Please help, thank you.

Why is my adobe reader the only thing I can not print from? It is very important I am able to print my documents. 

The Installation of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC fails with Error "Setup has detected that you already have a more functional product installed".  As solved in many cases i tried the Adobe CleanUp from below page and execute it.https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html The Cleanup successfully got executed and the Machine got rebooted. Now i tried to Install the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC but still Issue Occur. Note : No product related to Adobe installed in machine.Please help to fix this case.;

Hello, I have the Acrobat Reader and I periodically receive a PDF with hundreds of pages, password protected, which is communicated to me by the Sender.I simply have to print or save page ranges in other PDFs.I open the file with the Password, select the range but the resulting PDF or Print always contains them allUntil recently, I had no problems. Anyone know the problem? Thank you all. Joseph.

Dear Adobe,on behalf of my customer I was in the process of downloading your product  "Acrobat reader DC" and I have found following.When I go to https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/ end select Czech language I am presented with version "2019.008.20071" when I select EN I got "2021.001.20145". it seams that for some reason you have stop to update non EN languages.here are pictures:ENCZ:As you can see it is now not possible to download updated package for Enterprise deployment nor for regular web installation. For some reason you are virtualy forcing your felow users which want to have your product in their native language to use English ONLY or look for alternatisves 😞 Could you please update your portals with latest versions.kind regardsTomas

Hi All,having a slight issue. My oganization use Adobe DC to share and review and make comments on multple documents that connects to a document libary backend. Problem we are expriencing is that user can make comments and publish the changes and it can be seen by other users but soon as they add a  dyanmic stamp and then published that it does not show for the other users, the user goes back into the document it does not save the dyanmic stamp either. Any help would be appericated. Kind Regards

Le formulaire est prêt, mais 2 pb, le premier est que certains mots se coupent (indemnité devient indemnit.) et certains champs monétaires se modifient (1234,56 € devient 1234,56 ÿ). J'ai essayé de changer de typo, de modifier les propriétés de champs mais rien n'y fait. Je pense qu'il s'agit d'un soucis de symbole, mais je ne suis pas sûre. Personnellement sur mon ordinateur avec Acrobat je n'ai pas de soucis, mais tous mes collègues l'ont avec Reader, savez-vous d'où cela peut venir ?Merci d'avance

I use the Los Angeles Superior Court's new eFiling system due to the coronavirus pandemic, since it replaced manual filing at the clerk's window in the courthouse during the last six months or more. However, when I receive a completed (conformed) petition that was properly eFiled, it no longer shows the clerk's signature with large circular stamp in the square box in the middle of the page (which is now blank – no signature or stamp); instead a 6-point wording has been placed at the top of the page, running in what I would call the top "gutter" area from the extreme left side all the way to the extreme right side of the page. The problem is that any printer that I use (I have 3: Canon, Epson, HP) cannot print anything in this top gutter area (about 1/4": from the paper's top edge downward), which is at the heart of proving to someone to whom I send the form that it has been properly eFiled, since only a small dribble of ink/toner marks that area where the new wording should be! bonjour ,depuis la derniere mise à jour il y a 1ou 2 semaine ,lorsque j'ouvre un pdf tout figr et un ecrans qui affiche '' progression de la préparation du contenu " .et tout fige . Y'a t-il moyen de revenie comme avant ? j'utilise window 10 .je n'arrive plus a ouvrir de pdf Merci
