Guten Tag Ich habe mir neulich das Programm DL Reader heruntergeladen, da ich ein E-Book von Pearson nicht nur online anschauen möchte, sondern auch jenes als .pdf- Datei auf dem Laptop verwenden will.Nun meine Frage; Wie kann ich den Adobe Account im DL Reader aktivieren?Über ein Adobe Konto verfüge ich bereits, und jedesmal wenn ich mich im DL- Reader anmelden will, kommt eine Fehlermeldung. Besten Dank im Voraus. Freundliche GrüsseCarla

Hi, I have downloaded Adobe Acrobat Reader, I need it to edit PDFs for an assignment, and I can't get past the page where it wants me to sign up for a free trial that I do not want. Can anyone help me please?  

We use a dental software program that creates emails with a PDF attached to send images and x-rays to other offices. As of this week when these PDF's are sent to other offices they can no longer open the PDF. They receive this above error. We were running V11.x of Reader, I tried downgrading them to vDC this did not solve the issue. Please advise.

Every time I open Reader, the Tools Pane on the right displays. How do I view ONLY the PDF, not anything else, expecially the Tools Pane?

Hi, Recently I am receiving multiple pop up prompts from adobe requesting me to enter my password.I am not sure why it started (but, BTW, I also noticed recent changes in the onlone pdf reading and dowloding settings).I have two questions:-how to check if it genuineley from adobe?-how can I stop these prompts I am not providing the password as I am not sure whether it is a genuine adobe thing. Also it is not clear to me why I should provide the password when not using adobe products Thank youO

Hi. I really need help. I've been having several problems with Acrobat Reader DC. It still crashes on me or freezes as it did before the last update to fix this issue while I am using the comments but now it won't save any comments I write. I really need help with this as I mainly use the comments for making notes on my textbooks and school presentations while I'm studying. My version is the 18.011.20038.5321

Whenb i embedd pdf files into word, they sometimes open and sometimes they don't. The issue is intermittent and i am not sure where the problem could be. Is there a solution for this or it's just a bug or incopatability issues? ThanksDavid

When I try to print to a different tray as I work in a medical office and use claim forms it is not shown now.  Before it would show different trays and was able to pick actual size, etc and would print just fine. Now I get this and it wont print like it used too..Can anyone help me get the old one back??

Many times I have gone to settings / system / default apps / choose default apps by file type, under Windows 10 to set Adobe Acrobat Reader as the default for PDF files.  This will work for a day or so and then gets automatically changed back to Microsoft Edge.  How can I keep it to Acrobat Reader?

please help. no matter what settings i choose my booklet prints the same way - it is on the correct size of paper and folded and stapled correctly, but insists on printing 4 pages per side of A4. each "page" of the finished A5 booklet therefore has 2 pages printed in the wrong orientation rather than 1 page in the correct orientation. this stays the same seemingly no matter what I change.  using the same settings to print a document as a booklet from word works perfectly, the issue seems to be just with pdfs.  If anyone can advise it would be much appreciated. 

I decided I didn't need that version and so cancelled the trial.  I would like to reinstall my free Adobe Reader but can't find the download.  My pdf files that I used while doing the trial all require a password to get in (I didn't set up a password) and when I try another way to see my document, the formatting is all changed.  How can I reinstall my free adobe reader? Thanksalw

We have a forms application with a form submit feature.  Since it is submitting to a web page we need to run this from the Adobe Application.  I have installed Adobe DC Reader on a Windows 10 laptop (workgroup) and can open a PDF in the browser; however, I am unable to disable the add-ons to have it open in the Reader Application.  I have re-installed and also tried to repair the installation.  Any assistance in finding the Adobe Add-on in the Managed Add-ons would be appreciated. I am trying to convert a 35 page word document to PDF. The doc contains 21 poems, and I want each poem to begin on its own page. When I first did the conversion, the pages don't break correctly. Sometimes the end of one poem and the beginning of the next poem are on the same page, even though they looked correct on the word file. I am trying to meet a deadline and need assistance!! Thanks.

Hi there, I've just been sent on a wild goose chase trying to get a clear answer, so bear with me please and thanks. I have the Creative Cloud (CC) annual subscription, and use the applications on two devices total, my laptop (MacBook) and iPad. When I download Adobe Acrobat on my iPad, I only have access to the free trial version.I recall, before purchasing the CC, that I subscribed for a week's trial of the full version that's available for iPad (Adobe Acrobat), albeit with a different email (the one associated with my Apple account). I cancelled before I was billed. My CC subscription uses a different email, and indeed, when I install the Adobe Acrobat application on my iPad, I'm signed in with the correct email that is associated CC subscription. I also signed out/deactivated my CC subscription on my laptop, so I was signed out of everything, to see if doing this would grant me access to the full version of Adobe Acrobat on my iPad. I'm now aware that Acrob

Hello all, I work for a home mortgaging company. We use Ellie Mae's program Encompass which ties in with Adobe Reader DC to view PDF's. Recently we have been noticing a frequent number of crashes with the program and it appears to be releated to Adobe Reader. We were told by an Ellie Mae support agent that ntdll.dll is a faulting module that shows when there is an Adobe runtime issue or issue during installation. Users in our company our running Adobe Reader DC Version 2020.009.20074. I have both Acrobat and Reader on my system; when I open a PDF file in either program the cursor is a skinny little cross-hair that is nearly impossible for me to see. I spend too much time trying to just find my cursor. Please, how can I make the cursor stand out? I would appreciate being able to change its color, form, or size. Anything so that I can see it easier. Thank you!

Hi there!I was trying to create a digital signature and upon completion, Acrobat Reader DC did not ask for a password when I sign using this digital signature, I've tried to delete and create new ones but everything is still the same. Please help.

I have a proof of income statement received by email and then downloaded. When printed, my name and the income amount contained in the statement is simply blank. Likewise, a proof of payment statement omits my name when printed.
