@talented_Gazelle6184 It's now January 2026, and even though you haven't used it since May 12th, you won't be re-imbursed for those months (7 months). I like to think of it like a gym membership; you are paying for the access to the software, regardless of whether you actually open the app or not! Since you hvae been ignoring the payment, this could have serious ramifications such as being sent to a collection agency to get the money owed.

Because the payment was processed through as Apple, or Google, Adobe, in this context, does not have the ability to access your accounts, billings, or even initiate or process a refund back to your credit card or account balance. It's January 2026, so, you are essentially over the 14 days—as per webpage: If you cancel after 14 days, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, but no refund will be given. For full details, please review our Subscription Terms & Cancellation Policy

To cancel a Reader Mobile subscription, you must cancel through the app store where you subscribed—it will depend on the mobile device, Google Play for Android, Apple App Store for iPhones/iPads:

  • On Android: Use our automated cancellation form to submit your request. It only takes a few moments.
  • On iOS (iPhone or iPad): To cancel your subscription, follow the instructions outlined in the help article.

For more information to cancel on a mobile: https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-reader-mobile-discussions/how-to-cancel-acrobat-mobile-or-scan-premium-subscriptions/td-p/15427692

But, as per the webpage, you are well over the 14-day policy (too bad you didn't say anything way back in May)!
