for the last year or so i have been having serious problems using adobe premium.  Most of thr time the app generates a message that i need to subscribe.  then when i attempt to re-#unscribe, a message us generated that my new subscription will start in Oct  (24) when my annual subscr iption ends.   i wanr/need to use functionally of adobe premium again

I am new to Adobe and your website.  

I am finding it difficult to find the answer to what I am looking for.

 

I am using an iPad Pro for my computer and am trying to add photos to a fill in document.

 

I have been looking for how to add photo, but do not see a clear answer how to do it.

 

I believe I was able to add a photo to my document today but the photo was placed underneath the box for it to be inserted.

 

This has left me frustrated so I used another app to do my work.

 

Also, it would be great if I could find information on how to use your app on an iPad.

No, no, no! You did it again. Adding stuff to the interface without an option to remove it or customize what I see. The new Tool_menu on the left takes up too much of the ipads view, same thing with the page navigation taking up space on the right.

I have worked with Acrobat for more than 10 years... I had to replace the hard drive on my laptop, and I have not been able to re-install the full version of Acrobat that I own !

I now NEED to use it again, and was FORCED to use the 7 day free trial in order to even get the supposedly free Reader, which now seems NOT TO EXIST ANYWHERE !

I will tell you that I think the new interface is garbage, and is virtually unworkable. I will be looking for an alternative, as I think you have allowed the weenies to convince you that the older user interface had things wrong with it.

IT DID NOT.

This sucks.

Olá, acho que ficou más bonito o aplicativo, mas não gostei que as funções: riscado, destaque e sublinhado ficaram em uma só janela, sendo bem mais imprático ter que clicar e esperar para depois selecionar a ferramenta que queremos, além disso não gostei das cores disponíveis, gostava do verde e amarelo neon de antes. Seria legal se deixassem três bolinhas de cores no menu reduzido pra cores mais utilizadas, assim seria mais fácil trocar entre as cores

I was just forced to subscribe to a completely subpar product. For the past three years I've used the adobe PDF sign & whatever service and it was great. Now this ridiculous app has made editing the PDF IMPOSSIBLE! Cants UNDO previous edits and when I add a new edit the old ones just go floating on to the page randomly. Forget editing with this piece of trash app. I want my money back.

Why is it that it seems comments and notations that were saved in a pdf and used daily worked then all of a sudden they've all disappeared? This has happened more times before and I loose important information. yes, I clicked done when I was finished, then I close the document by going to the Home then I exit the app. It's so frustrating using the app. I agree with others, I don't want liquid mode to pop up asking me, I don't want to upgrade expensive un-necessary to me add ons. I only use the app because I am trying not to print full color documents just so I can mark them up with annotations, lines and coments. Please fix or tell me how I can retrieve what has been lost. Thank you.

I use Android and when I close the file that I am reading whenever I got back in the same file I need to roll to find the page that I was reading, how can I change to save in that page?

I am unable to merge files or combine files into an existing document or create a new document by combining files.  The issue started after my subscription renewel.  My profile settings confirms my active premium subscription.
