Browse more files->Favourites
I use Acrobat (free) on an iPad to access OneDrive pdfs. This is accessed under the Locations->Browse more files menu. I have marked several folders in OneDrive as favourites. My issue is these favourites dropdown sometimes show up and sometimes isn't there at all.
When the favourites dropdown isn't there I need to navigate to the locations->OneDrive and through all the subfolders. This is annoying for me and too difficult for other staff. Why does the favourites dropdown sometimes disappear?? Thanks
