Cannot open pdf attachment from email of online banking

As mentioned that you can't open a PDF from email, Would you mind sharing a few details to understand the issue better?

1. Is this happening with a particular file or with all files of online banking?

2. Application version?

Try to download the attachment in the local storage and then open it in the Reader mobile app, let us know if that works.
