Erasing my entries when sent

After I have filled out data on my scans and save them to the cloud and go to send them in a email my boss receives them blank. No matter what I try it sends them blank and as of today It blanks out my end also. So now I don't have one on my end either. HELP!

  1. Which application are you using to fill data into the file?

  2. What is the version of the App and the OS you are using? If it's the Acrobat Mobile app, tap on the Profile icon > About Acrobat and check for any pending update from the Play Store, and reboot the device once.

  3. What is the workflow/steps you are taking to save to the cloud and send the file via email? If you are using the Acrobat Mobile App,

    Sometimes, depending on the sharing method, the app might send a link instead of the actual file. Try:

    • Tapping the Share button

    • Selecting “Share a copy” or “Send a copy” as a PDF

    • Then attach that file directly to your email

  4. Is this an issue with a particular file or with all the files? Please try with a different file and check.

  5. Please share a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs for more clarity.
