I lost all my pdf files by uninstalling and reinstalling app

 Hi

i recently uninstalled my acrobat and reinstalled and lost all my files, how do I get these back?

@florence_6176 it depends.... did you save these files on your device (likely be in the files folder)? Or did you sync it to the cloud? Because either place it should be there!

Hi @florence_6176,

 

Hope you are doing well. 

 

Building on what @creative explorer mentioned, it appears that you have logged in to a different email address on your Acrobat app, which is why you see an empty Recent File list.

 

To verify, you can try logging in to https://adobe.ly/4oPu68e and all the files you have accessed recently should appear there.

 

If they do, check the email address on the app by going to Home > Profile and sign in using the correct email address; you should then be good to go.

 

Note: Files saved on your internal storage won't appear on the web portal.
