Hi, When we create a PDF file from Adobe Acrobat, we filled in some of the data fields. But, when our clients open it in Adobe Fill and Sign app, all pre-filled fields are blank.  We can see the pre-filled fields from email. And, sometimes when we receive pdf files from our clients, we can't see data fields. We have to open the file from the browser to view the data. Please help! Mayling

Earlier, I tried to send a request through Google but was refused, then I contacted Adobe support, they said that we can not help you need to ask Google for a refund. Then he wrote in support of Google, they said that the funds had already been transferred to Adobe and it was boring to write to you (they gave you mail: acrobat-android-support@adobe.com) wrote, but there is no answer yet. Can you please tell me if you can help me and issue a return?
