I have already an active subscription but the app is not allowing me to access the premium features. What do i do?

Is it possible to add recipients to share a file with on the iOS app? Or am I only able to do so from a computer?

I've created a pdf in my phone app- now can I send it to someone and collect information and a signature from my phone from them?

The iPad version of Fill and sign does not work. I sign in then it shows the confirmation code screen for a split second and then says operation failed and kicks me out. I receive the Code in my texts, but never have enough time to enter it before the screen kicks me out. Please help!

After updating my iPad tp iOS 13.3.1 I can no longer open the Adobe Acrobat Reader app.  Any help on this would be appreciated as I rely on this app for my business.  Thank you.

Okay, downloaded Premium Acrobat on IPad,1 week trial and then the full subscription.Subscription shows download of above and I signed out, signed back in,checked subscription status in App Store,attempted restoring subscription, nope.I need the product.Any suggestions other than to cancel the subscription and download it from the adobe site? 

There are pdf-files which cannot be loaded in iTunes. What‘s wrong with these files?

I am unable to print any document in Acrobat reader. I can see it clearly on ipad screen, but it will not print. I have the latest softwarecan any one help

We are using Adobe Acrobat Reader on iOS devices managed with Intune.  When opening PDFs with watermarks, the files take an extremely long time to load. PDFs without watermarks open immediately.  File sizes are the same (600kb).Any iead why these may be slow to open?

I am having trouble with my fillable PDF i can download it and look at it but adobe wont allow me to use it. Adobe is allowing me to use it on my phone but not on my iPad. Can someone help me with this?

Hello! I switched my resume pdf doc to a word doc through this app  but it is still printing out as 8pgs long in landscape for some odd reason... how do I change that?

Apparently Adobe doesn't let you nice ore create folders on your phone. I cannot move files by grouping then too another folder or too the cloud.

Hello Everyone, I hope someone can figure this out for me , I'm sure it something simple I'm just not Savvy or able when it comes to these things. Lol  So I still have a 365 subscription but I can not click  my iteams , it's almost like they stopped my subscription early everything that I used to be able to click on is no long available ?Sincerely Jill

my company is having issues with editing pdfs. when finished opening and filling out a form on adobe. the form saves and when trying to re open a blank form the fields are not blank and are filled with the previous information. we are all operating on ipads. please if anyone has a ressolve for this issue that would be appreciated.

It was asked a looong time ago on here, but the editing has improved over time for the text etc.   We make ID cards, so have a PDF template setup, then just replace "name here" text etc. But we'd love to replace an image? On the template i have an image in the file and on PC i just replace image and job done the ID is done, thats the ONLY bit i cant do on my ipad.   Or am i missing something? 

I have been using acrobat pro for some time now. I recently invested in an iPad Pro as i travel with work a lot. I have downloaded Acrobat Pro for my iPad and its working fine until i want to edit a piece of text. I cant seem to use the new fronts I have downloaded on creative cloud.  Ive tried re downloading the apps and the fonts but no luck...is there something I'm missing here? If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated!
