Keep loosing files

How can I set up the adobe reader so it won't delete my files? It happens very often that, I download a PDF and when I try looking for it, it's nowhere to be found...???

Is there any settings for this issue. Thanks.

    Hi @Marydelecon,

     

    Hope you are doing well. Thank you for writing in!

     

    Acrobat Reader does not modify files automatically. Every action taken has to be done manually. 

    I would like to understand the event better. Do you download the files first to your internal storage and then open those, or open the files directly from the website on Acrobat Reader?

     

    This would be a significant stage in the workflow to understand. Could you attach a screen recording of the entire event and share it with me here?
