I've been using the reader for some times on my tablet . I've saved all my files on the cloud . Unfortunately due to some errors I had to wipe all data from my tablet . But after resigning up on Adobe I couldn't find any files

Hello @salma_3779!

I hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out.

If your files were saved to Adobe Document Cloud, you can access them by:

  • Opening the Acrobat Reader app and navigating to Home > Document Cloud.

  • Or, visiting https://adobe.ly/4jJ0Mhv and signing in with your Adobe ID.

Also, ensure that you are signed in with the same Adobe ID (email) you used before the reset. If files were saved locally instead of to the cloud, they would have been erased during the wipe. Unfortunately, these cannot be recovered unless you had a backup on a cloud storage.

If you had connected third-party storage (like Google DriveDropbox, or OneDrive) in the app:

  • Go to Files > Add Account in the app.
  • Reconnect your cloud service to see if your files are stored there.

See this article for more details: https://adobe.ly/42MGXju

I hope this helps.

Thanks,

Anand Sri.
