My Adobe Acrobat Premium App has stopped working

I have Adobe Acrobat Premium to edit ODF on my IPhone and the subscription is current until 12th but I haven't been able to use it for over a week. It comes up saying to subscribe so when I do it says I am already subscribed until 12th January 2021 but there is no contacts to follow this up. I'm really angry. It's not cheap and I'm paying for it and it's not worked for a week and a half of my month's $16.00 plus subscription fee

    1. Open CC Desktop App.
    2. Click the gear icon > General tab > Settings. Select "Always keep Creative Cloud up to date."
    3. Click on your Avatar (top right image).
    4. Sign-out of Creative Cloud.
    5. Close all apps.
    6. Restart your computer.
    7. Open CC Desktop app.
    8. Click your Avatar.
    9. Sign-in with your paid ID and password.
