Non si apre il PDF allegato alla mail con il cellulare

Ultimamente non si apre il PDF allegato alla mail con il cellulare, mentre fino a poco tempo fa' non c'era nessun problema. Come risolvere il problema? E non di riesce neanche a salvare il PDF sul cellulare o nel Cloud

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

Are there any error messages when opening PDF files from Email or uploading to Cloud Storage? If yes, would you mind sharing a screenshot of the error message?

Also, would you mind checking if Acrobat Reader has been set as the default app for opening PDF files?
