Hi @Salah272640982iuw,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

Is the shortcut folder a shared folder among other users? Are you able to open the same folder on the web?

Also, please try removing your Google Drive account from the app; log in again and check.

To do so, go to the Files Tab-> click the Edit button to the right of your profile picture-> click the red "Minus" sign to remove the Google Drive account.

Hope this helps.

Still having this issue. Makes using the iPad app useless and will prevent me from getting a subscription.

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

Have you tried the steps shared earlier in the discussion above? Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.

If the issue still occurs, please share the version of the Acrobat app and the OS you are using. Tap on profile > About Acrobat and try updating the app from the App Store and reboot the device once.

If it still doesn't work, please share a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs for further investigation.
