Organize/Add Pages feature

I've posted this several months ago with no resolution so I'm trying again. I am still not able to edit pdf's to organize or add pages to a document. Is anyone aware of why this might be the case? When I first started using this version of Adobe (for Chromebooks) I had the ability to perform this action but it just all of a sudden stopped working. I've tried everything. Please help.

Hi there

I hope this message finds you well. Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the issue you're experiencing.

I’ve tested the functionality on my end using an Android mobile device, and it appears to be working as expected. To help us better understand and address your issue, could you please clarify the following?

  1. What happens when you attempt to use the "Organize > Add Page" feature?

    • Do you encounter any specific error messages or unexpected behavior?
    • If there is an error, please share a screenshot or recording to help us investigate further.

  2. Steps to troubleshoot:

    • Please ensure that your app is updated to the latest version available on the Google Play Store.
    • After updating, reboot your device and try accessing the functionality again.

Let us know how it goes.

I am using the Adobe Premium for Chromebooks and trying to use this
application from my Chromebook and not my mobile device. I have checked the
GooglePlay store and I am set-up for auto-updates so I believe am using the
most recent version.

Here is a screenshot of the error message I get everytime I try to use the
organize pages feature. This feature worked for me in the past but it has
been many months since I have not been able to use it. All other
functionality seems to be working fine.
