Paid user account defaulting to personal

Hi I am having an issue to where my staffs paid accounts keep defaulting to personal use therefore it's dropping the paid features off. Any suggestions?

@practical_impression1371 This can happen when a user has multiple Adobe accounts linked to the same email address, one for a personal plan and one for a business plan. The easiest is to have the staff member sign out of the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app completely and then sign back in (if they are too lazy, then clear the history, cookies and cache which will automatically log them out!). When they sign back in, they should be prompted to choose between their personal and organizational profile. They must select the organizational profile to access the paid features.
