Hace días actualice mi cuenta para tener una prueba gratis de la aplicación pero nunca me llegó la notificación a mi cuenta, JAMÁS conté con la libra gratis ni sus funciones y al buscar las suscripciones de la aplicación me decía que no contaba con ninguna, y ahora que pasó la semana gratuita (que nunca tuve) me están cobrando y no puedo cancelar el plan

@paou_6694 Sorry to hear this, unfortunately, when you make or try to make a mobile app purchased through the app store, Adobe does not have direct access to their private billing information or the ability to process cancellations and refunds directly. Adobe cannot directly cancel the subscription or issue a refund for purchases made through a third-party store.

Here’s how to cancel based on your subscription type:

On Android: Use our automated cancellation form to submit your request. It only takes a few moments.
On iOS (iPhone or iPad): To cancel your subscription, follow the instructions outlined in the help article.
