Signature box on Acrobat popuates with a previous signature

At my company we use Acrobat for our work orders. There is a signature box at the bottom to get the customer's signature. You long press the box and options come up. One of the options is "sign". Usually when you tap "sign" a bigger signature box pops up for the customer to sign. But when I do that now instead of the bigger signature box popping up the signature box on the form automatically populated with a signature from a previous customer. How do I fix this? I've tried clearing cache and data but its still doing it.

@AtlPlumber1  It sounds like Adobe Acrobat has automatically stored your most recently used signature as a "Signature Profile" or is treating the signature box as a standard "Fill & Sign" field that is trying to predict input. Since clearing the cache didn't work, the stored signature is likely synced to your Adobe ID or saved within the app's internal memory as a default.

To fix this, the key is to access the "Fill & Sign" settings within the Acrobat Reader app on your mobile device (where these profiles are stored) and manually clear the saved signature profile. Usually, you can find these options by starting a "Fill & Sign" process on any document, navigating to the signature tool, and then looking for a gear icon or settings menu to delete the previously saved signature. Once that saved profile is removed, tapping the signature box on your work order should revert to the default behavior: prompting you to draw a new signature for the current customer.
