Signature is missing, need to sign a new signature ea h time
Hi, not sure for what reason, I am no longer able to choose my saved signature each time my colleague sends me a document to sign. Previously I was able to tap my save signature and click finish straight away. Now, every adobe request signature document sent to my email will request me to sign manually again and again before I can click finish. Why does this happen? I tried to save my signature my clicking save button after i sign, but it still prompts me to sign manually for the next document I receive. Pls help!
