To do so, the agreement has to be created in Adobe Sign using the following settings: Obtain a written signature

 

Note: Making all the changes to the account settings would require a team's license for Acrobat Sign.

Thanks, I guess my organization doesn't have written signature enabled because I don't have that option when I follow the steps in the link.

Hi @AmyB05,

 

Yes. The option has to be enabled by the group admin. 

 

Individual users will not have the feature unless added as an admin of the licensing team.
