When "save a copy" done to onedrive, doesn't show folders properly

When i download a pdf manual and open it in acrobat reader mobile. When saving to connected onedrive account , it does not show the actual names of folders.

E.g if folder is named

1. Tutorials

#. Personal stuff

It just shows up as

1

#

Etc

This makes it unusable since i will not know which folder to save it to.

But after selecting the folder and going into it , i can see the full name of folder properly.

Correct answer Amal.

Hi Amal,

This is a forever issue, but contacted adobe just now.

App version below: (Updated to latest)

version - 25.1.0.37036

Mobile phone - Samsung s21+ (Premium phone with latest android updates).

Please let me know if you were first able to replicate the issues ?
I had also attached 2 screenshots in the bug report.

1st one - where the full name of the folders are not coming up.
2nd one - where on clicking on the folder with the incomplete name, and
when it opens, the name now shows up on the top of the mobile screen as a
breadcrumb I think.

Hi there,

Thanks for sharing the version details of the OS and the Acrobat App.

Please update the app to the version 25.02.374338 from the Play Store/Samsung Store and reboot the device once.  Also share your findings on what happens when you try to remove the Onedrive app from the Acrobat mobile and then reconfigure it. Let us know how it goes.

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

Could you please confirm if this issue started occurring after a recent update, or if it has been happening for a while? Additionally, please provide the following details to help us diagnose the problem:

  • Acrobat app version: To check this, open the app, tap on your profile icon, and navigate to About Adobe Acrobat.
  • Device operating system (OS) version:

In the meantime, please ensure that your Acrobat app is updated to the latest version. You can do this by visiting the App Store (for iOS) or the Google Play Store (for Android), installing any pending updates, and then restarting your device to check if the issue persists.

As an additional troubleshooting step, You may also try to remove the Onedrive storage from the App, reboot the device and re-add the Onedrive storage account in Acrobat app and see if that helps.

Let us know how it goes.
