I have JavaScript that runs best with the bookmarks panel open. I know app.execMenuItem("ShowHideBookmarks"); toggles the bookmarks panel but I've not been able to find a way to detect whether it's already open.Is there one?Thank you

Fill and Sign is not working when I open a PDF link in Internet Explorer. Is there a reason for this? It was working fine just last week.

Hi,We have created a script that move PDF files to different folders based on if it's one page, or multiple page. This works with Adobe Acrobat installed locally. Problem is that this script will run on a server, and then we need license for ALL users accessing the server, which can be a variable amount of people for different environments. We have thought about the SDK, but not sure if same license regulations apply, or if the SDK itself is sufficient. Any sugestions to solve this problem would be appriciated. Kind Regards,Vidar

We have developed a pdf document that includes form fields and various calculation fields.  Currently we fill out the information for our customers on our PC and send them a flattened PDF for their records.  Is there a way that we can have the customer fill out the pdf online for themselves with the same form fields and calculations working, and have the system email them a flattened copy of what they filled out.   I spoke to someone a few months back and I was under the impression there is a server side solution that could handle this.  Anyone got any ideas.   Thanks in advance.

Im trying to calculate a total based on numbers typed into 4 fields - which works fine - however, I also have to add a number to that total (a base cost to which the other 4 fields will be added).  In the simplified field notation, I have the following: AACCgraphics+AACCFurniture+AACCFloor+AACCExtras+45500   With the addition of the +45500 into that script, it displays the initial total correctly in the total field, however it doesn't add any numbers from the other fields. I feel like this should be a simple thing to do, but I can't figure it out. Help!

I'm working in Acrobat X, but users are using a variety of Acrobat and Reader of every version. A client needed a PDF to ship with layers turned off, but be returned with layers turned on. This worked as expected when the list of country names was in the dropdown validation box. But then I had to move the validation to a document-level script and now the validation doesn't work on any variable that has an accent in it. (Only Colombia and Costa Rica work as expected). How would I write in javascript for forms tagging that X should be true when Y is not true? Is there a way to do this in tagging without javascript? I have tried all operators of !=, ===, etc.

Field 1 is Acct #Field 2 Sold To (this is the clients name based on the account # selected in field 1)Filed 2 Ship To (this is the clients address based on the account # selected in field 1)It is my understanding that I shoud run a javascript. However, I am VERY new to this and am unsure of how/what code to write.

Essentially, I have an expense codes list, and I want the title of the account to display with the expense code when selecting, but then only display the number once selected. Is this possible with Adobe Acrobat Pro?

How can I find the end of a batch file if all I had was one Batch file?  The other method is just not intuitive.

When I open a pdf it does not recognize the new document as a variable. The document opens up but in the debugger it shows oDoc as not being assigned. Once this PDF opens up it does not change the two fields because of this. I have a batch script which combines all files in a folder.  I can add an Page processing action to add page numbers but it only pages each document separately.  Is there a way I can do page numbers as a sequence of my entire documents.
