I am running a mail merge to customize a pdf with an email address and URL for 150 different people. is there a way to have the form underline those two fields during the merge?

Hello,I work in a company where graphic workflow use signed .pdf in routine.Our regulatory department needs to check the size of the fonts AFTER THEY ARE SIGNED.Before signature, the "modification" tool can be use to select and check font sizes within the pdfs.Once it is signed, we cannot access to this tool and can verify sizes of fonts.Is there another way to check it in SIGNED pdfs ?Is there another tool or a plug-in ?Or a specific way to create our signature to have this function still available after ?VERSIONS USED :Creation of pdfs : Acrobat 10 & DC on macsReview/font check : Acrobat reader and Pro XI on PC.Thanks in advance,S. I have created a fillable form with several formulas.  One of the areas I'm having an issue with is coming up with the javascript for "Interest on Tax Due."I basically need a formula to do the following:Interest on Tax Due (Multiply the number of months Past Due times the amount on Line 3, and multiply that by .025).

I am creating a form in which the user enters the Total number of travelers "NumbTravTot" from 1 through 4.I also have 3 separate field titled "TotMeal1", "TotMeal2" and "TotMeal3".I need to create 4 separate fields for each traveler that if the "NumbTravTot" field = a certain number, the respective traveler field will add all 3 of the "TotMeal1", "TotMeal2" and "TotMeal3" together and show that total amount.If the "NumbTravTot" field is a "1", then only the lower field for Traveler 1 "TotalMealTrav1" will populate the added amounts.  The other 3 traveler fields will state: "$0.00".If the "NumbTravTot" field is a 2, then both the lower fields for Traveler 1 "TotalMealTrav1" and Traveler 2 "TotalMealTrav2" will populate with the added amounts (showing the same total for both).  The remaining Traveler Fields will show "$0.00".The remaining "TotalMealTrav3" and "TotalMealTrav4" fields will follow suit depending on if a 3 or a 4 is entered into the "NumbTravTot".

I am trying to register my Acrobat XI Pro and am told I have an invalid Serial number.  I am entering the 24 digits and I've tried entering with and without the dashes. How can I register my product?

I am embedding links into my PDF via Acrobat. I want to know if there is a way to customize the links within a PDF so that when the user views the PDF while in a browser, the links will open up in a new tab. Is there any javascript I can insert or another route I can take? Currently, when you click on a link in the PDF while viewing in a browser, the link opens up in the same window and you lose your place (which is a poor user experience.)

I have a PDF form, in which there's a button. When the user presses the button, I need to copy some text (an email address) to the clipboard, so that the user will be able to paste it in other applications. This text can be assumed to be constant (i.e. I can hardwire it in a JS).I thought about creating a n invisible textfield in the form with the text, and the using selectNthPageWord and app.MenuItem("Copy"). But this works for only one word (an email address is processed as separate words), and also the clipboard seems to be erased once the JS finishes. I need the text to remain there.Any help, please?

I found this script in the forums and I was playing around with it and discovered it would hide all the fields but would not make them visible when I made the changes to visible. I am looking to automate the creation of bookmarks on a 300+ page PDF in Acrobat. There is consistent title I would like every three pages at the top of the page, but it is a hassle to go through the entire document, highlight every third heading, and bookmark it. Is there a way I can automate this process using JavaScript? Alternatively, it would be nice to make a bookmark at each change in a variable field that is in order numerically, though I'm not sure if that's possible with Acrobat.Thank you in advance and sorry if this was the wrong place to post this question!

I have a PDF form that does some simple arithmetic: taking numerical entries from the user, adding or subtracting them, and then displaying the results in another field. Right now, all my calculation fields display 0.00, and they update as you add data. But if an user would rather print the form and hand write the numbers, how do you prevent the form from displaying (and printing) 0.00 in the calculated fields? Is there an easy way to disable focus on all fields that are read only and locked in the entire document, essentially moving the focus to the next field in the tab order?

Sometimes my pdf documents contain some Field objects of type textbox which are not visible to the user and were used to hide some sensitive text underneath them. In javascript, I will find these Fields  and their coordinates and then create an Annotation object with the same coordinates to highlight position of the Field object to the user. The problem is that when the Annotation object is created, it gets hidden behind the Field object (it is placed behind the Field object). If I delete the Field object or set its hidden prop to "hidden" then I can see my Annotation. How can I see the Annotation without changing the state of my Field object, ie, how can I create it on top of the Field object?

With the older version of Acrobat Pro I use the batch processing to protect several PDF files in one time.With Acrobat Pro DC (CC 2015) I can only protect PDF file one by one.Did I miss something?Thank you
