Adobe does not support Chinese words.

Good Afternoon,My company had bought the annual Adobe PDF pack and have had it for the last three years. We use everything within it especially the send and track to send PDFs to our other contractors. Within the last month something has changed and now we can no longer create functioning URLs with in the send and track tool. I've been through many of your Forums and you guys don't give an exact fix just do this and maybe it will fix it. I've tried everything I've read. Re-installing, changing preferences, ect. Nothing has fixed it and we're having to switch to Dropbox because of it. Please let me know if there are any fixes or updates to solve the situation.Thanks,Ryan Look 

.   I use this at work and they wont let us install any software.  The only access I have is to Acrobat 2017.  Is there any way I can export to Excel from Acrobat 2017?

Offline PDF with check box works, but then online it is not possible to tick the box. when downloaded again it works fine …

I have already purchased Adobe PDF Pack Annual but the computer died and I had to build a new one. How do I install PDF Pack onto the new computer without paying again?I really need some advice on this. Anybody? Please?

I had a licensed Acrobat 6.0 Professional, but recently had to switch from Windows XP to Windows 7.  I went through the whole folderol with Adobe, I downloaded their version 7.  It  appears to work fine for most or all file types to convert and/or assemble them into .pdfs except .DOC files, the only one I really need.  I'm totally confused by all the online discussion around this; some people saying it "won't work" at all on 64-bit, even though most of 7.0 seems to be working fine, to others giving all kinds of complicated instructions for how to get a PDF printer to show up among your printers (it doesn't now).  So I have what I would think are simple questions: Can I make Acrobat Professional 7.0 convert .DOC files to .PDF files or not? (I'm using Word 2000 and Word 2003 because I cannot stand the later interfaces.) If it really can't be done, why didn't Adobe tell me this during all the conversations we had on the phone, or anywhere on line?  If it can

Hello, I'm converting some pdf's into excel files using ADOBE export pdf on-line service. The webserver converts the file but the results are included into one excel sheet. I need to have the information into different sheets. One different excel sheet per pdf page. Thnks

I have bought adobe send today. when I wanted to send the file in the pdf reader (after opening an account for adobe send), the system asked me whether I wanted to add a company logo / signature to the sent file. I confirmed, but then a pop-up window came and said I have to change some settings -----but WHERE? Cannot find a place in the menu to do this

I am all the sudden unable to open my PDF documents

I have several hundred pages of documents.  I am sending each page to a different customer.  I print each page individually as a PDF and then email to page to my customer.  Every few pages, when I try to create a PDF file for the current page and get ready to email it, it shows up as the previous PDF file with my new file name.  This is slowing me down big time!!!!!

We have a barracuda firewall and get the "no internet connection" error when trying to export. Please can you send the list of domains/ports we need to whitelist for this to work? It works fine when not using the web filter connection.

My subscription for 1 year was automatically reconducted by Adobe and they withdrew without my consent the amount from my bank account. I need to create a personalized pdf for a direct mailing.  Which Adobe product/subscription do I need to accomplish this?  At the moment, we have the Adobe PDF Pack.

We subscribed to Adobe ExportPDF after trying some of the other online providers for this. We chose Adobe as it was, so we thought the master of PDFs and for the added security of a well known company.However doing a direct comparison of the conversion quality using the same files the Adobe version did not produce the best results. Is there any options/settings that may improve this?
