I tried getting my PDF file to convert/export to Excel format , after waiting 10 minutes it came back with message conversion failure.Could some one help me in getting my document to convert to Excel.Thanks

I've bought Adobe PDF export a few months ago (18th Dec 2016), and it has been working well until recently. When I logged in to Adobe today, the product was not shown anywhere in my account page. What can be the cause for this and how can I use PDF export again?

I have a document signing program called ziplogix.  Once forms are signed I use adobe pdf combine to combine the documents. Once combined I email the document to another person. Although on my end everything looks signed when they get it some of the document signatures are gone. I am using a Mac. Anyone know why some signatures are gone and others in the combined document are signed?

When using Adobe Document Cloud and performing actions like exporting to MS Word or Excel, do the source files get submitted over the internet for conversion, or does the conversion happen locally?  I'm concerned about whether the actual file contents is transferred to the cloud during export.

I am using acrobat on my ipad along with fill and Sign app. love that I can fill in a pdf document but am having a hard time figuring out how to save it in a folder on my icloud so as not to leave the original with all the data in it.

I use the redline function of Adobe often and I used to be able to zoom in and put them EXACTLY where I wanted them, but now they JUMP all over the place and won't be exact enough for me.  How do I get them back to the old way where you could make them VERY specifically go exactly where you want them?

I want to fill out a lease with a form that I created.  Then send that lease for signature without the tenant being able to change any of the information, just sign it.  When I open the completed lease form, and send it, it leaves it open for the recipient to edit the fields in addition to signing the form.Any help would be appreciated

I am using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (2015 version, completely updated according to the program itself). When I try to upload a PDF document to the Cloud, after the sign-in screen I am then asked to add a mobile phone number. I don't want to add my mobile phone number, but the Skip option does not work. This means that I cannot sign in properly and therefore I cannot upload a document to the Cloud.

How do I get this to recognize and 0 / O and not interchange them?

I open my file, go to save as click on reduced file size to make compatible with 8 or higher, I get the error message:"an error was encountered while processing images"

I just upgraded so that I could send fillable and sign to several groups with multiple "combined" files. I am unable to select more than one combined file at a time to make them fillable. This will take me hours. So I tried to combine the combined files and then make those fillable and not having much luck. Usually I get a message that the file is not the right type.

I converted a PDF to Word, but can't open the converted file.  What am I doing wrong?

How do I download the Career document as a pdk for my organization ?

I could find information about the storage limit in Acrobat.com, which supposedly is 5GB ( How much storage is free at acrobat.com?). But I cannot find where to check the amount already in use, out of 5GB. I am accesing Acrobat.com in Chrome browser.

Hello,We would like to fill out, a template of PDF form document, the application Fill & Sign is easy to use on iPhone for adding text into the form.But, we have few buttons in the bottom of the PDF, when we click on them, instead of executing the action related, we get the "add text" box.Also, we have a dropdown list, which is not working.for info, this PDF is working fine on a PC.Is the application "Acrobat Fill & Sign" the good one to use ? or there is another apps able to handle dropdown list and action button ?Best Regards,Manac'h Sébastien

Hi,I can't access my Document Cloud on my Adobe Acrobat Reader either on my computer (Windows 10) and on my IPAD app. Just happened this morning. However the app on my Iphone still works and I can access Document cloud from there.On my computer and Ipad it comes up with "No internet connection" but I am connected to the internet.What could be the problem ?Rgds.Gudjon

Hello, I just discover the Mobil App : Adobe Fill & Sign.That's perfect to fill out a Form document, but I need to be able to add an electronic Sign (with PKI Certificat) on it.For now, I just see how to sign with my finger and how to take a picture of a sign on paper...Could you please let me know if Certicate Sign are possible with this apps ?
