I just purchased a 1-year subscription with Adobe to convert PDF files to MS Word or Excel. First, after an hour or more of waiting, the document was still "uploading". Then I went through my emails and responded to a couple from Adobe, and tried to convert a document from PDF to MS EXCEL through the internet. What I got was an Excel document that was missing all the column headings, and which jammed a lot of data from different cells into single, individual cells - but even that was not consistent, with data from other cells showing up in other cells! I think I wasted my money!

I've exported a PDF file as a rtf on a tablet using adobe pdf export. But I can't view it. And I want to copy the file to my desktop computer to work on it. But I can't move it any where from the outbox.What to do?

I  recently bought the subscription to convert PDF to Word. When I try to convert a file, it takes me to the subcribtion page even though I paid for it already. This is very frustrating.

Hi I have windows 7 with explorer 11 and system: Windows 64-bit , English, MSIE. My problem is when I click on a news video I get e message on it saying I need to update My Adobe Flash Player, so I click on it and it takes me to your site for updates ok. I go through steps 1 and 2 ok but when the small screen for the Adobe Flash Player Downloader comes, it remanins blank and nothing happens. So what do I do next to update please.

I have previously successfully converted PDF files with scanned image from PDF to Word. The image is of scanned text. Now suddenly, it does not convert the image to text. When I download the word document the image is inserted in the word document instead of editable text. Please assist.
