Hi I have created a PDF fillable form and sent open it on mySamsung Tablet through Adobe Reader.Once I complete the form and share it (email it back tomyself) I want to be able to clear all fields or have the auto save turned offbut I cant work out how to do either.I would prefer a ‘Reset all fields’ button so all fields goback to the template..... can you please advise?

I have tried to access this feature through internet explorer as well as firefox.....

I use the same password for most everything and if the criteria for creating a password is an extra character, capital letter,number, ect., I adjust my password accordingly. The problem with this is, they never tell you what the criteria is when trying to login days, weeks, months later. If anyone remembers the password criteria to protect a file and can share that with me, I would be able to access my file and be a happy camper.

I have been trying to get my taxes to print, but the new Adobe program just keeps trying to save it over and over again.  This is really frustrating!  I have tried to send it to another program and it ends up all jumbled up.  Nothing is worth this frustration!  What has happened to just getting a page to print?

Using the Export to PDF online service, I get "Conversion Failure" error message; why?The documen t was originally created with Word (*.doc) then printed to PDF format; now I need to convert back to Work, but I get the "Conversion Failure" error message, both on conversion back to *.Doc format and attempt to convert to *.docx format.

I had never had a problem with Acrobat.com before.  I modified a very important file on June 6th and saved to my Acrobat.com   For the past week, I haven't been able to open up the file from either of my devices.  Theres no preview available and it tells me the to download so I can view but it won't allow me to download. Its in PDF format and its 6.0 MB.  I tried accessing from my Galaxy Note 10.1, Note 3 and my laptop and it won't allow.  This file has changes necessary for work and I am really frustrated to have trusted Acrobat.com. 

I am trying to convert a pdf file to excel using online Adobe ExportPDF (I have an subscription).  It is a 28 mb file with mixed text and tables (it is the data in the tables I need converted to excel). The document is uploaded successfully but after about 5 min it says that it could not be converted. Please advise.
