I encounter a problem where i cant sign in to acrobat.com when i want to upload a file . it just appear blank once i click the sign in tab.

I have paid the annual fee for ExportPDF, but Adobe still asks me to subscribe to the service when I try to convert a PDF.  Solution?

I have large interactive pdf files(150 MB) containing .swf files that play on page load. Can I upload these and share a link so that they can be viewed on a mobile phone? How are they prepared for mobile? Will the .swf files within the pdf play as on a computer?

I purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements 13 from Amazon, received the box, but cannot find a serial code.There was no insert in the box, it's not on the DVD sleeve, and the Adobe sticker on the back of the box was covered by another barcode sticker.  When I tried to carefully remove the top sticker it tore the lower one and now I cannot read that either.  What do I do?

Hello, a few hours ago, I purchased Adobe Premiere Pro off the website and installed it off the Creative Cloud app. When I went to open the premiere pro app, it asked me for a serial key which needs a redemption key but i never received one... what do I do? I read that I should receive an email regarding the code but I never did. And i did verify my account... PLEASE HELP!

I sent an adobe file to my client and I received email from adobe confirming that the file was viewed, but my client says it was blank and to resend it again.  When I look in my adobe.com files under adobe send it shows up just fine for me, but not for client.
