I called optonline but they keep asking me for the email script that gets returned to me when the bounce back occurs. I do not have the bounce back script because Adobe Send does not forward these scripts back to me.WHAT DO I DO?

I have just upgraded my Adobe Reader to allow me to convert Adobe files to Excel, i sign in using my log in details and password, the screen shows in the top corner that i am logged in, when i add the file to convert it comes up with a dialogue box saying the following -An error occurred when logging inIt does not tell me what the error is or how to fix it?Really stumped

Can I customize the field size on single choice fields.  I want to fit 10 across and even with label being small, i.e., 1, 2 3, etc. I can't get it to fit in one line.

Using Adobe Send in the latest version of Chrome (version 39.0.21.71.95 m) on PC running Windows 7 the Send button is missing: only the Cancel button is displayed - so the service cannot be used. Worked fine in the past and works fine with IE. Anyone else experiencing the same problem?
