Does anyone know how much cloud storage comes with an @12848191 DC (only) subscription? I can't find that info anywhere, and it's not visible in the app or my DC webspace. I do know that when it's part of a CC sub, it's part of the 100 GB total (and. plan).So how would you use the 2GB of free Document Cloud storage? Is there a free version of Acrobat? Or do you mean if someone purchases Acrobat DC (instead of subscribing to it)? 

When I select signature, I dont have all the options available. I know is related to this specific file, I just cant find where to enable the rest of the options (text,  X, check mark, etc) 

Adobe has been working fine for a long time.  Now when choosing to export to Word document I get error message "The operation could not be completed, Please try again later" or I get a "forbidden" message.

Hi,I'm encountering an issue with Printing in embedded Adobe.When I click one of the print buttons (see below) or click Ctrl+P, the print dialogue doesn't pop up. It only happens while the Win10 version is 2004 (the latest) and the Adobe Reader DC version installed is the latest, in 64 bit version.I have noticed a difference in the behavior between the 32 and 64 bit versions:In 64 bit client we see Acrord32.exe process and printing doesn't workIn 32 bit client we see RdrCEF.exe process and printing does work Any help will be appreciated. Thanks,Yuval

I'm to print and sign in front of a notary. I'm wanting to know if I e sign my document is it considered legal and can be used as if a notary public was present?

Trying to purchase a standalone license of Acrobat standard.  I have no interest in a subscription license.  In fact in my case it would not work as the systems I need to install the license on are not allowed to be connected to any network or access the Internet.  Does Adobe no longer offer direct purchases of standalone licenses?

Hi Everyone, I it possible to print multiple multiple copies of multiple PDF files at the same time? When I select multiple PDF in same folder and right-click > Print this print options popup is not appear.  Thanks for an advice!

Detailed information about the problem experienced by one of our customers is below;Adobe Acrobat Reader DC version "2020.009.20063" is installed on Windows 2012 R2 Terminal server. It works fine with HP Universal PCL 6.5 Driver.However, there was a vulnerability in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC "2020.009.20063" version and Acrobat Reader DC version "2020.013.20064" was installed and problems started. Some PDF files are problematic as attached.I have tried the following;* I have installed Universal Driver v7.0. It didn't work.* I was able to install Foxit Reader on the terminal server and output the same PDL file without any problem. However, the institution does not want to go outside Adobe.* When we try it from a PC with Windows 10 and the new Adobe Acrobat Reader DC "2020.013.20064" installed, the same PDF files come out without any problems.* I have installed HP Universal PS v7.0 driver on W2012 R2 Server. When I convert a pdf to word it now automatically defaults to arial font or crashes. I use pdf to word for mail merging and it was working fine for months, but for the past week none of the pdfs I converted to word had the correct fonts. The fonts are installed on my pc, so I don't understand what the issue is. Does anyone know how to stop converted documents defaulting to arial font? 

I work for a Michigan intermediate school district (ISD) and currently I am making HR forms fillable. I have a question in section 1 of the attached file that has 2 checkboxes the person must select 1 or the other. Question A. is only a checkbox, but if the person selects B., then follow-up questions must be completed. How do I add a condition to lock B. checkbox and questions, if A.? If B. is checked, how do I group the questions so the person completing the form completes the required fields for B.?

I have disabled the document Cloud services via the Wizard and I have also checked the registry settings FeatureLockdown\cServices.Still we have the possibility to "Store and share files in the Document Cloud - Learn more" in the bottom right corner in the pdf document.  I need to remove this function since our company does not allow the cloud.Thank you for your help!Cecilia

After copy and past of multiple fields from a page to another page, fields are totally out of place sometimes.I hope that this bug can be fixed fast, because this bug is increasing the time to create new forms based on old ones dramatically. It was working perfectly for years!

When i send through document cloud document to fill and sign, it is using wrong timezone as i can see in audit report. It is using GMT but i am in Australia UTC+10. In my profile settings is timezone set well. I tried to find solution in forum here but i wasnt successful as they seems to be outdated and no valid in current version. Any advice how to fix it will be very appreciated.

I have now tried 5 times to download the Font Pack and it will not download at all. I have tried several different browsers along with turning off my firewall.  Adobe is of no help at all.  What can I do?

Hello Everyone, I have a PDF that contains links to URLs and PDFs in the body of a single PDF. Do you know if there is a way, maybe through JavaScript, to print everything when the user prints the main PDF?  This way they don't have to print each PDF separatly. Thank you!VW

We have a Windows network of about 200 users, may of whom have Adobe Acrobat or Reader running on their Windows workstation or laptops. Our setup has a self-signed certificate managed by the Windows Servers. Our root certificate was changed a year ago because of some server problemm, but on the whole, signing PDF documents with digital signatures continues to work well. Lately, some users have been getting "the credential selected for signing is invalid"  during the last step of making a digital signature in Reader or Acrobat. Some old posts regarding this issue concerned a MAC system, which does not apply here. Another post said the solution was to chuck out the certificates - I presume from some cache in the workstations, there were no specifics on that. So, what are the main reasons for this message and how is the problem fixed?

I have several PDF documents that I need to sign in Adobe DC. A handwritten signature has been added to the program so when I choose Fill & Sign I'm able to use the signature as an insert in a signature field. The signature is too large for the space, though, so it has to be manually resized for every document. Is there a way to make the size of the signature smaller as a default so when we use Fill & Sign in the future it's automatically that smaller size?I do not want to use the Adobe Sign program. Please don't suggest it.
