Image file 525004263 will not download fully. It's only 8.2 MB It times out

I am having the same problem this week in the U.S. My Internet connection is fast and it is working perfectly on different websites. Just downloading a 3 MB image is taking up to 5 minutes! Unbelievable!

Same here! Tried everything. Different browsers, clear cache, history, sign in and out. 3.4kbps or less. I CAN'T WORK LIKE THAT. Please help!
