I'm having this same issue both on my home internet connection (Gig-speed / very fast) and my corporate VPN connection. Files will download extremely slowly for about 30 seconds and then just stall out and give me a "network failure" message. This is ridiculous and obviously a widespread issue. Has been going on for over a week.

I tried the same but for me with or without VPN is getting worse and worse. Now it's not 5 minutes, but it's taking forever.

Having this same issue. It does not appear to be a network issue. I can download images quickly from other stock sites. This is on Adobe's end. Any recommendations?

This is super weird. I enabled my VPN and the file downloaded without issue.

I can't even get a download to complete. I have tried multiple browsers. I even tried my phone while connected to my cell carrier. It is busted from my point of view.
