how do I unlicense something that I purchased accidentally?

I'm just now figuring out this adobe stock and there are buttons all over to license stuff, and I can't see any prices anywhere.  I apparently have x photos that I can license as part of my subscription, but as I was traversing the site trying to see what stuff costs I ended up accidentally licensing a photo twice.  It really needs more feedback on what I am about to do.  So, how do I un-license the extra copy of a photo?

Apologies, I only now saw your post. I don't see a record of you contacting customer care under the Adobe ID you are using here on the forums. I'm sorry you had a poor experience if you decide to renew your Adobe Stock subscription by the 19th, thirty days from when you closed your most recent subscription, I can assist you with receiving a replacent for the accidental licenses.

Hello, I licensed two photos by mistake. AND I just deleted them from my library (didn't download them -- downloaded a few other unlicensed photos because I didn't understand how this all works... now I get it...), so I can't even tell you which they were. BUT I can go search again and find them -- one will be easy to find again, the other notsomuch. Like others here, I found it easy to make the mistake of choosing to license rather than just adding to library as I had intended... Thanks very much for guidance.

Hi, 

As with everyone else, first time using your service and we clicked on the licence button by mistake.

We've only licensed this one mistaken photo so far so you can just remove it.

Would be great to have the credit back if possible.

Hey Beverly,

I have the same issue - while scrolling I've accidently clicked the license icon of an image that I don't want. Can you please reverse the purchase/add a replacement credit? image# #95280712

Please add a confirmation step to licensing/purchasing - it will save everyone so many headaches! (Is there a feature request forum that I can post add this to or upvote?)

I would love to also add the suggestion of having a 'confirm to purchase' step. My friend just accidentally purchased 4 photos thinking she was saving them to a library for me.

I did the same thing...   I wanted to save images to compare and I accidentally licensed them.

I deleted one thinking that would give me the credit back but that just deleted the photo... help!

Hi there, I accidentally licensed image #94387099. I totally agree some UX improvements are badly needed to the Adobe Stock site to prevent this sort of thing.

Unfortunately, there's no double confirmation or automated reversal option.

Can you please manually reverse this image purchase?
