I miss a specific HR video. After downloading the preview a month ago I am now not able anymore to download the 4K file as the video appears to be missing. How can this be solved?

I downloaded AdobeStock_538890993_Video_HD_Preview earlier this month. And now I would like to download the 4K version, which I cannot find anymore as the video looks to be missing. Is there any way to download it after all?

It happens. Sellers can delete assets from inventory. Or Adobe Stock may remove assets that no longer meet their acceptance standards. Either way, there’s nothing you can do when that happens except to find a similar asset.

That looks like the case. I do not get any results either as I search the number. I double checked and the number is correct: AdobeStock_538890993_Video_HD_Preview.

If the asset does not appear in search results, it has been deleted.
Deleted assets cannot be downloaded again.
